Drive thru service was above average for a late night snack! They forgot my sauce, but courteously handed me extra when I went back to get my forgotten sauce.
We sat at the pay window for 5 minutes while the young lady was having a conversation in Spanish with someone who seemed to be the manager. It was not professional and it is not respectful to speak a foreign language in front of the customer who may have no clue what they are talking about.
Bathroom urinal out of order in men's room and very loose toilet seat. The baconator was bit overdone and dry and Barqs rootbeer tasted watered down. For what you pay, not a good value.
Order was incorrect, fries and nuggets were cold. Had to go back 3x, leveraged drive thru, just don’t. The workers are rude, service horrendous and finally just asked for a refund. I’ve lived near Wendy’s on the other side of town and know this service/food quality is only specific to this location. It appears consistent with previous reviews. Avoid this location if at all possible.
This is my favorite Wendy's by far. Yes it gets busy but the quality is still up to par even when you wait. It would be dishonest to give this Wendy's anything lower than a 5. They are always consistent in their quality.

They over charged me. The manager I that helped me that day, I spoke with on the phone the next day. The cashier, that day charged my debit card, manager came, and said my card didn't work. That I owed $1.50, or less. I was like, I don't understand. She(the manager), said, I still owed that amount. I was confused. She suggested I didn't have enough money on my card. I then gave, her(them, manager, and cashier), a $20 bill. She(manager), gave me my card back, plus $15, and some change. When I checked my card the next day. My available balance was, $0. I called today, and that same manager, told me she recalled the transaction, but there was nothing she could do about it. To top it off, I ordered a large chilli, and recieved a small. A whole lot of broth and beans, hardly "NO!!!!!!!!", meat. She pretty much hung up, after she said there was nothing she could do about it. I called right back, to get a better understanding. My call was sent straight to a recording, to leave a message. I'd give a -10, review, if it were possible. I will go tomorrow, to inquire futher. I will update, what, the outcome, ends up being
This location is one of the nicest and was greeted by the drive thru guy with so much happiness and enthusiasm, he made me happy and made my day... Food was fresh, fresh, fresh, , the fries where so hot could not eat them for a few minutes... The bourbon bacon burger was hot and actually looked the one on the menu... What more could you ask for... Thank you Wendy's and the employees of Wendy's in Woodbury .....
I thought the never-frozen beef would produce a better burger. I was wrong. I got the Baconator and it was a load of disappointment with the worst part being the beef. The fries were hot but lacked flavor. I won't be back.
Tried the new jalapeno chicken sandwich. It was ok. It didn't have as much spice as is hoped for. The cashier was sweet and the place was clean and comfortable.
