Mostly enjoyed the food at this place for the second time. Great burgers, I really enjoy the Cheeeesy Burger specifically. Fries are good; hot and crisp. Cheesesteak was dry and just kind of lacking something.As for service, I wasn’t a fan of being stared at by the bored cashier my entire meal; and listening to the manager yell at multiple employees in front of everyone was unpleasant to say the least. However the one lady with butterfly pants was sweet and made sure we were enjoying our food.

It was nice to see a more home styled joint in a quick service setup. And their burgers are quite tasty. However, it typically took relatively longer than one would expect to get the food. Especially on some holiday weekends can be quite a long wait.

Just experienced this sweet gem for the first time. It's clear the owners take pride in their business. Customer service was great, even got to hear the owner sing a little in the background (loved it), burgers, tots and fries were perfect!! Our new favorite burger place!
Always amazing food, service and atmosphere. My ONLY knock is it's expensive for a fast food restaurant. Definitely recommended if you haven't tried it yet.
We’ve been coming to Wayback for about a year now and each and every time we’ve experienced nothing but great customer service, great food and overall a great experience! Not to mention that this place is Halal. Delicious burgers, super juicy, moist, flavorful and hardly greasy! I loved how different they were from other burger places, and was very impressed by their food, especially the creativity in their menu. They didn't skimp on the quality of the fries either (that actually surprised me).I wanted to give them 5 stars, but it was hard to find a table that was wiped clean (there was dried bbq sauce and food residue on most of them), and I wanted to wash my hands but the smell and look of the bathroom made me change my mind and sanitize instead.
The sandwiches/burgers we got were great! The fries however, were not (soggy). Skip the fries and get the cajun tator tots (amazing!!). Docked it a star for the fries (a burger shop should have good fries) and because we ordered online and the estimated time was an hour off (it was a busy holiday day but, the system should have the ability to be adjusted when wait times are longer so people know what they are getting into).
