Very dedicated crew. There were only about 3 vehicles in the parking lot but there was a steady stream of customers. The oven rotates so it was like maybe 10 minutes to get stuff. Nice aesthetic and will definitely go again. Philly for life! Oh, and importantly, the food is exceptional. 100% will be back.

Incredible sandwiches! The pizza isn't anything to write home about, but the sandwiches sure are! High prices, but you get SO MUCH meat for the price, that it's well worth it. Their free sauces are all amazing as well. And the staff have never been anything but super friendly!

Very good Spot here in Woodbury! The staff was amazing, very kind and caring.Building is very nice inside, clean, and feels like a Pizza Shop.Pizza is good! Crust was delicious, and it was just a good quality pizza.Nice and thin, cheese was not too over the top which I like.I definitely recommend stopping here and I’ll be coming back! Gotta try the Philly Cheesesteak next time I think!

Hate to do this especially since I love the Tono locations in St. Paul and Maplewood. The Woodbury location is not good. The service is poor, the food quality is poor, all around had a frustrating experience. When I picked up my order (5+ minutes after pickup time), I was handed three of my four items; the guy at the counter didn't even check the order slip. I told him I was missing a caprese salad, he disappeared for 10 minutes and finally came back with the salad without so much as an apology. Just to note: my hot food was sitting on their cold counter the entire time I was waiting for the cold salad, even when the guy behind the counter could've easily placed the hot items back in the warming cabinet before he left to get the salad. Before I could ask for a bag to carry my stuff out, he disappeared again. After all that, I should've known better and checked my order before leaving the restaurant: ordered a #4 Sunny Side cheesesteak with cheese whiz and added garlic aioli. Got an excessive amount of aioli--so much that it looks like white American cheese, but I assure you it wasn't, it was all garlic mayo all day long--but definitely didn't get any cheese whiz and the bread was bone dry. We got a #6, Phat Tony cheesesteak and that one was okay. Ordered a #13 Don Pepe pizza; it was really bad compared to their other locations. The part of the order the guy had to disappear for 10 minutes to get was the caprese salad and that was good. Left a 20% tip on this order and am really regretting it. I don't plan on going back to this location and it's left a sour taste in my mouth towards their brand in general.Update: My order was refunded by the general manager. I'm bumping up my review from 2 to 3 stars because of his generosity and will raise it higher if my next experience at the Woodbury location is better than this one. Hopefully they can get things worked out.

Service was fast and friendly. I was really excited that this place coming to Woodbury because I liked their place in Maplewood. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I was only able to eat one slice. The pepperonis tasted like ones you buy at the grocery store and the cheese was extremely greasy.

Their food was delicious! Absolutely worth trying if you’re on the fence. We had no problems with getting our take out at the quoted time even during the busy dinner rush. Can’t wait to try more of their cheesesteaks and other menu items soon!

Service is awesome and fast which is the great thing. Now on to the food. Greatly disappointed because the sandwich was very very dry, beef was cooked out of its juices and had the consistency of ground beef. There were some bigger chunks that I couldn't chew through. The meat was under seasoned, and there was barely any cheese in this sandwich. I didn't finish the sandwich because of it being too dry. I hope the other sandwiches make up for this one if I do go back and try out the other options. (I'm not bashing this place just simply stating my experience of the sandwich itself.)

I had lunch here today for the first time and had a great experience! The service was top notch and the food was amazing. We got a #4 Sunny side of Philadelphia and a #7 Fresh Prince. The #4 had bacon and 2 eggs on it and the #7 had lettuce and caramelized tomatoes with garlic aoli, SO GOOD! We both upgraded to Parmesan truffle fries and got drinks, I got a small Ceasar salad (not necessary) and we paid about $40. These sandwiches are good sized and have a lot of meat on them, definitely worth the $13/$14. Next time we’ll try the pizzas because they looked awesome, too. Glad to have Tonos in town here, definitely recommend!

Tried the Supreme Philly today. SO good! The sandwich is HUGE so bring your appetite or a friend to share it. They have unique, tasty dipping sauces that compliment their fries perfectly! Best way to describe this place: YUMMY!
