I love Taco Bell and it's employees at this location. They do lose one star for their phone app which hasn't been updated yet, because every time I order a diet mountain dew, it's not on the menu, so I have to order regular mountain dew, and tell them to change it when I'm in the Drive-Thru. Also the app should allow you to choose no ice, but that option isn't available either. Sometimes the app wouldn't allow me to use my food reward but then the next time it would. The app is amazing at saving time and I use it every time I order at Taco Bell. Taco Bell is also better than most companies, because they actually have Wi-Fi at their restaurants which I need and greatly appreciate. ?? I have so many favorite foods at Taco Bell but to list a few, all of their breakfast burritos are a must have if you love quick omelette like food. There's nobody who does it as good as Taco Bell. For the lunch and evening menu, if you're on a tight budget, the cheesy bean and rice burrito is a must have ?, the beefy five layer is delicious, and if you got a lot of money to spend, the quesaritos with steak beef and chicken are pretty addictive in a good way. ??
Very quick and they don’t mess up all the time like other Taco Bell’s.
I ordered through the app then picked up and ate inside at dinner time. Very clean dining area, pick up counter, and order counter. The drinks counter and table I sat down at looked freshly wiped down. The bathrooms were as clean as you could hope for considering it is a fast food restaurant that hosts many people. The parking lot looked clean, no trash that I could see anywhere. Definitely a 5 star Taco Bell!
This is ridiculous! We went there on a Sunday night at 11:30 PM and there is literally hundreds of teenagers partying in the parking lot running you off the road. I felt uncomfortable even being in the drive thru and literally had 4 cars almost run into us while trying to get out of there. I will NOT be back unless this is taken care of. No one should be afraid to go to Taco Bell. Absolute madness!!
I wish all Taco Bells can provide this type of service. The prices actually matched the app, not like the one in Radcliff, KY. How much is the $5 box?

Guy poring the drinks was angry cause we ordered water and food. Sorry that we showed up 18 min before you closed but if you hate your job so much why do you work here? Don’t be rude and correct your attitude if your going to work in fast food.
I mean not much you can say about chain fast food place. People are always nice the good is always hot and accurate. What more do you need?
This location has such consistent, amazing customer service. One of the the best in the business and not just in fast food. As a customer service manager I'm amazed.
