Never going to this subway again. We just ate an entire meal and didn’t notice the huge ant infested floor until we got up to leave. This is completely inexcusable seeing there were 3 workers at 4:40pm, not busy at all. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time and tables were dirty as well. Our stomachs are still turning!
Picked up my online order. It was just thrown into a paper bag that appeared to have feces smeared on it? Absolutely unacceptable. Definitely reporting to the health dept.
They refused to heat the rotisserie chicken meat because I did not get my sub toasted. The chicken was so cold in the middle it was almost frozen. They would not fix the problem when I asked them to.
Subway is extraordinary, the meat corresponds with the buns very well, it's freaky fast (faster than Jimmy Johns) and fresh, all the employees are nice and just of my liking and always satisfy my needs. Also recommend getting the 12 inch sandwich!
This Subway is awesome, the employees are AMAZING!!! Great food, clean bathrooms, and great service. 10/10 I will eat here again.
Good for fast lunch made to order(not special to this one in particular) but always great for lunch.
Picked up lunch yesterday and the Female employee working was friendly and super nice!! Awesome sandwiches to go I definitely recommend this location over any other.
I stopped by this subway and was yelled at by the owner who happened to be preparing the sandwiches today only for asking for an Italian BMT with turkey instead of ham. She yelled across the counters saying that this Subway does not do that unless you pay extra. I told her that this was the first time someone at a Subway tells me that there is no such thing as an Italian BMT with turkey. I felt humiliated as she screamed of the top of her lungs. This is not appropriate customer service nor client relations. I had to walk away without a lunch and look for a place where I would receive better treatment to never want to return to this subway after being treated this way. I would not recommend this place. There are so many other sandwich fast food places that are better. I would not want to waste my time dealing with such a rude owner. Good luck doing business owner lady!
I’ve eaten at a lot of Subways in my life but have never come across such kind and professional workers at a Subway. The two gentleman (one teenager and one probably in his late 40s) working tonight, (May 26, 2021; 5:45pm) were so patient and kind. They worked together so well, assisting each other as needed, treating one another respect. As I sat and enjoyed my meal (so excited about the new protein bowls), it was nice to experience such great service over and over again as people came and went. They both wore their masks properly and greeted each customer. I will definitely be back, not only for the great food but also the service.
This old lady was intense to begin with once i walked through the doors. She charged me double for drinks and chips. i go back in an ask politely if this was correct and she takes a look and says what’s your question? very rude lady, needs communication lessons. ??
