They always have what I want at Starbucks inside of Jerry's
The drinks (which I've had maybe 3) from this location have been typically wrong and overly sweet. It's a group of high school kids grouped up behind the counter and too busy gossiping to pay attention to their customers and making correct orders. I had to ask a question and I got this "deer caught in the headlights" look and an "umm I don't know" response. Needless to say, I haven't been back to this location.
I loved my Chai Latta with coconut milk.
Nupur has great customer service always helpful and always fast and get orders correct she single handedly carries Starbucks revenue, she deserves a raise.
Once again this Caribou continues to be a top performer and other locations should take notes. Great job to all and keep doing what you're doing.
They have a really great breakfast sandwich and frappuccinos!

Wrong order. Will go back today and see if they fix it. I was asked twice how I wanted my drink made. After confirming the second time my drink was wrong. Plus double star day and I got zero stars for my $20 purchase.
I asked to use my stars and they said of course but then charged my card.
It's fine. It's never gotten anywhere near my list of preferred coffee shops, but in the burbs there ain't much but corporate coffee to choose from. The best i can say is that Starbucks is always clean, always overpriced, and always THERE.
