The food is always tasty and customer service is always fantastic. David was very helpful in welcoming people in by opening the doors and offering to take away trash for people. Outstanding customer service!

First time at a raising cane's! We were welcomed at the door and a staff came by the table a few times to offer refills or other items we might need. The chicken portions are large and tasted great!

I go to this location all the time, but this is the first time I ever received 4 small pieces of chicken. I don’t mind if there were like 1 or 2 small pieces, but 4 pieces for a box combo? the toast was a little smaller too. I remember that the actual size is away bigger than this.
The food is so good here. The customer service at this location can't be matched! The young man in charge of lobby(David) was engaging with and greeting every customer with a welcoming smile. I will be back for sure. I will gladly refer everyone I know to come here.Thanks for an awesome experience!
Excellent service they were busy but didn't take to long to get our food. Everything tasted great and was hit and fresh.
always great food but this time the guy on the floor(David) just blew me away he was very kind, energetic, welcomed all customers,wiped tables down, took and emptied trays, asked how everybody was doing and could he get you any refills,condiments, when we left held the door open said have a good day and thanks for stopping by. Wow I have never had customer service like that. We need more Davids! Thank you David for doing an outstanding job.
Is it me or are my tenders like half the normal size? Felt like I had a kids meal. I usually go to the W. St. Paul location and never felt that way otherwise it was quick, polite service and tasted as good as my usual location.
My son loves this place so I take him there it's friendly, clean, pretty quick, food is hot, fresh so it's all good
