Food was good but this has to be one of the worst locations I've visited. Maybe it was the time of day, I don't know. It wasn't too busy either. Both my wife and I got bowls. When it came time to get the rest of the additional items like salsa, lettuce, etc, the guy skipped mine and grabbed my wife's and asked her what she wanted. When I asked if could get habanero salsa on it, it was like I was asking the world to get it and like it was sacrilegious to put it on it. That put me off and frustrated me because I would have liked more toppings. We got two of the Mexican soda bottles and had to come back in the store to get them opened with a bottle opener. The tables outside were gross and the garbage was overflowing to the point where when my wife threw our stuff away, trash fell out and a coffee cup fell out and splashed all over her. Will not be back.

Sat in line for 25 minutes while on a Sunday night. Online orders where more important than customers wrapping all the way to the door. They just kept doing online orders while people where visibly getting upset. The food is still good, bad time management!

Our visit to Qdoba in Woodbury was very disappointing. The wait was extremely long because the employees were mostly focused on the online orders. On top of this, people who had picked up online orders, kept returning because of mistakes or items that had been forgotten in their orders, causing an even larger holdup. Additionally, the restaurant itself was quite dirty. The tables were in need of cleaning and the silverware/lids were all over the place. The food dish-up area was also very messy and a lot of the food choices were completely gone, making them unavailable for ordering. Overall, the experience was kind of a disaster and makes us hesitant to return again.

Huge burrito with a pile of rice and a splash of chicken. Not sure it is worth the price. And it was pretty bland. The plane white rice dominates the flavor. Won’t be back to any qdoba location. Now that I know what it is about.

Woah. Who went overboard with the lime/lemon? The white rice was unbearably citrusy. Almost makes you want to pucker your lips. Not sure what happened, but this is not the QDOBA I remember going to a few years ago.

Staff was friendly and the place was really clean. The order was fast and correct and if there were multiple options the clearly listed it for you you pick from.

The food was good as always but the counter they make the burritos on was covered in spilled queso, salsa, and sour cream but no one could bother cleaning it before sliding my burrito through it. Also, the only girl working the counter when we first walked in (she was later joined by someone from the back) seemed more interested in talking to her boyfriend who was in the store at the time than helping the customers in front of her, going so far as to talk over us to him in the middle of telling her what we wanted in our burritos.

Put in a catering order for my sons 1st birthday party, since all our family & friends were coming over… a bit pricy, and the kid delivering it was super apologetic for being 10 minutes late. His reason? Night shift didn’t do any prep, so all our food was cooked THAT MORNING and delivered at 10:55.Holy cow what a delicious meal for everyone. It’s now day 5 of eating leftovers and honestly I’m not sick of it. Queso is delish. All the salsas are amazing. Homemade chips? Ugh just the best. Highly recommend for any meal or event you need catered!

Placed order online for pick up at 8:30pm. Got there at 8:40pm and order hadn’t been made yet. Not busy. As the order was being prepared I noticed the employee was making the food completely wrong and instead of fixing it just added the “right stuff” on top.Food looked a mess and unappetizing once ur was finished.Had never ate here before and I definitely don’t think I will be coming back.

We used to prefer Qdoba over other fast casual Mexican places but gosh pay attention to all the recent reviews. Order wrong. Chicken burrito should have been titled rice and bean burrito since there were maybe 5 tiny pieces of meat. They made a bowl a burrito despite it saying bowl in capital bold letters on the ticket. Now we both feel sick from eating there. Stay away!
