I love potbelly!!! Everyone here is so patient and helpful. That gal with the blonde curly hair especially is super friendly and kind. Keep up the great work!

I don’t know why this potbelly is even open. They never have any staff and are only open 4-9 on weeknights? But you wouldn’t know that unless you go up to the door and check the hours.
I came in 10 minutes to close and the ladies were very nice. Good food too.
The sandwiches there are not the greatest in the world. I didn't care for their version of ham and cheese or their featured 'The Wreck' as they only offered the sandwich toasted. The main attraction for me was the availability of malted shakes. Well, they changed their menu and eliminated the malted shake. I tried a vanilla shake. It had the flavor of vanilla Ensure - icky even when cold. I told the staff I would not return.
Closed during "open hours" the last two times we've tried coming here. I understand the labor issues currently, but it has to be happening frequently if we are 0 for 2. They have to get it figured out.Edit: I reached a week ago to the email address they provided below and have not received any communication back from them.
maybe put the correct hours on your website. stupid place is closed at 6 pm on a saturday night. what a joke. never coming back here
