Like the decor and the food here! Have been to the one in Chicago and was happy to find one in my home state. Got a cheeseburger, beef sandwich with hot peppers and cheese fries to share. They will refill your drinks too- you just have to ask!
So confused I expected like 6 options of hot dogs but got 3, then burgers, and salads, and the music was not matching the story of the restaurant.The staff was great, and restaurant was clean.
Always very tasty Chicago food! The wait was reasonable, cost is worth the couple extra dollars. Wait wasn't very long at all for freshly made Italian Beef sandwiches and fresh fries. (A little too salty for me though) I highly recommend trying this place!
We were staying at a hotel in Oakdale so decided to drive a couple miles over here for dinner. We have been to the one in Chicago and really liked it and the food here was just as good. Service was sort of slow and two employees actually stepped in front of us to order while we were deciding. While we still had not made up our minds, employees should always ask customers if they would like to go first. Plus they ended up gabbing with the cashier after we were ready to order which was rude. Food takes awhile but that's a good sign that it's not just sitting there. My husband ordered the beef sandwich with hot peppers and they are actually hot. I decided to go different and get the bacon cheeseburger which was pretty good! We also shared cheese fries. The workers actually give you your soda but if you go up to the counter and ask for a refill they will do it. All in all we would go here again if in the city.
Great food. Our first visit, we were quite pleased! Looking forward to going back!
Ordered via drive through on May 3rd. Only car there. Got the order wrong. Brought out the fries first, then an Italian beef a little later. I advised I didn't order a beef sandwich. They then gave me my Italian sausage and told me to put it in the beef sandwich. Over 20 minutes later I left. Disappointing.

Prices are to high, food is garbage because a big corporation took over, always a long wait, food is cold when you get it, don’t go to the new Lenox location awful service
Very clean, bright and cool looking place to eat in...the staff was helpful from the moment I arrived to retrieve my door dash order. Because the order had been waiting for pickup a while before I received the notification, the malted had melted. The very nice young lady offered to remake it before I left and before I even had to ask her. She came back promptly with a new malt and a smile on her face. Thank you ?
Great food, great price. Although we personally didn't like the peppers in our Italian Beef (we think it tastes best as-is). Definitely a favorite. Somehow they make the sandwich crisp on the outside, no matter how long it sits, and it stays warm for quite a while. It's also easy on the stomach, too (not too greasy). Good food, good atmosphere.The wait staff seemed newer, so I'm not going to judge them much. They didn't smile, but they were friendly.Overall, great food and a solid establishment.
