Pezzo has become mine and my girlfriends favorite place around. Their pizza and apps are fantastic! There is exceptional service every time we go, and the food always comes out quick! Dan the bartender is the best around. Highly recommend this place for everyone!
Wow! We are fairly new to the area, and this is the best pizza we have tried so far! We ordered the carne & the pera, and they were great! Beer, wine, and drink selections phenomenal to pair with the pizza. Dan and his staff were amazing! If you haven’t been here, give it a shot! You will not be disappointed! We will be ordering take out and stopping in often now that we have found this gem!
Had the “Chicago style” deep dish pizza. Excellent! Zesty sauce, good amount of toppings, good cheese, crust was very tasty! 1st time trying Pizzeria Pezzo, won’t be the last!
Amazing Chicago-style deep dish pizza - the sauce is always the showcase with deep dish, and Pezzo does a great job with a flavorful sauce without being too salty. The Wrigley is always a crowd-pleaser and their salads are not to be missed. There's truly something for everyone here.
Have had their deep dish many times and tried all of their toppings over a couple years and this place has my favorite deep dish in the area with a crust tasting like classic pizza dough (and not like the very traditional style which literally is a pie crust) but maintains the wonderful flaky texture. Also highly recommend their salads, generous portions and delicious but not overbearing dressings.
Love this place!! One of the best spots in the twin cities for pizza, if not the best. The service is top notch. The servers and bartender are always so friendly and attentive and working their butts off. They have a full bar, which is great, and a pleasant surprise-beer selection is phenomenal! Get the deep dish, any of the salads, and the cheese dip. Highly recommend!!
Not worth it!!! It used to be very good. The salads used to be enough to share. Now, they are barley enough for one person as a $15 meal. The pizzas have also shrunk in size. The sausage pizza has, at the most, 6 little crumbles of Italian sausage on a pizza. The crust is tough and hard to chew. Its too bad. They are sacrificing quality and are just going to become another fast food quality resteraunt.
After several good experiences with take out, we stopped in for a full dining experience and were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails and wine were top notch, service was excellent, and the food delicious. The salads should not be missed. In particular, Sunny and Dan gave us excellent customer service and we look forward to returning soon.
The pizza is absolutely amazing! And it came out quickly and perfectly! The bartender/server and hostess were very friendly and attentive and it was a wonderful experience! I will be back soon!
We tried Pizzeria Pezzo for the first time tonight and we’re extremely impressed! We got the Wrigley deep dish and it was delicious. It comes very close the ones i’ve had in Chicago. We will definitely be back again to try more options.
