Overall standard pizza chain.Hadn't order here in about 2 years due to under cooked pizza dough compared to many previous orders. But now the boneless wings, received several raw pieces. Plz always check your food before eating.

Great experience. The manager went above and beyond and delivered above my expectations. The food was hit and tasted great.
The pizza was good. The service was good. Would have liked to dine in but they were closed inside. I wanted a water and they said they had no cups.
Placed my delivery order 40 minutes before my delivery time it did not arrive till 20 minutes past the delivery time the food arrived cold it was just a great disappointment overall had to throw out the bread sticks because they were inedible, upon delivery they had reached that point of just getting hard and tough. They are always the thing I look forward to the most?

Do not deserve a star!!!!!! We drove 40 mins to come to Pizza Hut, only to be told sorry we can’t serve you because we’re preparing for Super Bowl!! Kidding me. You can’t serve a family of 4! Wow so much work right. Where in the hell has customer service gone these days. Oh and try to be friendly also!! Never would I go here. People, if your thinking about going to Pizza Hut you better call them first because you may not be selected as someone they will serve! Only one car in the parking lotOne family eating but they can’t serve one more family!! On a Saturday at 4:56pm. Lol. Wow
I picked up and they had everything I ordered in a timely manner and we're nice enough to provide plates for me with my large order. The staff were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed.
There are two points I want you to be aware of. First, I requested my order to be delivered by 1:15 P.M. but it arrived 10 minutes late. Finally, I asked for the cheese sticks instead of the normal bread sticks for my dinner box, but I still received the bread sticks while still being charged an extra dollar.
The store was very understaffed on New Years Day and they were very behind on orders. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes after the time my confirmation email said my online order would be ready. However, the young woman working the front counter (I think her name was Natalie?) displayed exceptional stability and courtesy despite an overwhelming amount of work and hostility from certain customers. She deserves a raise and all the praise for handling such a stressful situation so gracefully and professionally.
