Haven't been in here since moving to Phoenix in 2012, after dad passed away! We used to visit the Eden Prairie location all the time off US 169 in the mall there!

They do not put enough cheese or sauce on the pizza, and the crust sticks to the pan. Also they put no effort in assembling the pizza so it will look like a mess when they are done.
Ordered a pizza and while I was standing there I was watching multiple flies walk all over the glass had fruit flies flying around the cheese I told them I change my mind and I walked out . disgusting
My wife went to this Papa Murphys today to grab a Pizza based on the Teacher Appreciation 50% advertising they had. When she got there, after ordering she asked for the Teacher Appreciation promo, the person serving her claimed to know nothing about it. As my wife left the store, another customer came up to the counter (there was a different representative working) and asked for the same promo, and the new representative gave her the 50% off. When she got home, I called the place and asked for some clarification. The person on the phone told me that there was a coupon needed, however my wife stated that the other person did not have a coupon either. Even if she had a coupon, the first representative could have informed my wife that a coupon is needed. We just find this very poor customer service, and does NOT show teacher appreciation at all. We will not come back to this store.
I ve always liked their pizza and their pizza deals. It's a quick and decent place. My issue is they have never done a good job of covering the pizza with serran wrap. Last time I was here the pizza was barely covered. I lost quite a few italian sausages in my car. I know it's not all on the worker bc the plastic they use is about 2 feet wide. This is a corporate problem and they expect their workers to thoroughly cover a pizza with narrow wrap. Which is a failure many times. I ve been eating Papa Murphy's for 20 years and this has always been an issue. I ve also noticed that many standard prices have risen over the years. Who do you think you are Papa Murphy's? You don't bake the pizza but you charge about as much as the major chains. Plus you don't use pizza boxes. Get over yourself. You're not that special. The pizza is still good.
The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't spend any more money here supporting this location.
