I absolutely love Panera's food, and for the most part when I go there things are timely, consistent, and brought out by a friendly staff. Today is there last day I will ever eat at the Woodbury Panera. I ordered a single thing of soup with a baguette online. I arrived shortly after ordering, and waited for nearly 10 minutes, the app said it was all done, but it wasn't on the shelf. So I check with the cashier (who was also doing the curbside pickup, stocking the rapid pickup shelf, and doing register) and they couldn't find my order. While sorting this out, no one was available to help the other customers, resulting a no one else receiving help for a while. At the end of the day I waited 25 minutes for a single cup of soup, and probably would have waited longer had I not gone up to the register. I sincerely hope that management gets a nice bonus for saving all of that money on employment, because they're horrendously understaffed. I won't return for a while I suppose, raise prices, I don't care, but staff your restaurant to a level that actually allows you to handle the traffic you get, and train your staff to bring out orders on time. This isn't an isolated incident, but simply the last straw.Side note: But I can't help but laugh when the people in front of me ordered Mac n Cheese, only to be told that they're out, then try tomato soup... and they're out.The app doesn't communicate with the store properly, the store is understaffed, out of soups and like half the pastries. Next time it'll be faster for me to drive to the Hudson, WI location and order there.

Ordered a soufflé at the kiosk only to find out that they were out when we went to pickup our order that was “ready”, in actuality there were a couple of soufflés that were given to customers who ordered after us. He told us to go back to the counter to get a refund.Ordered a Charged Lemonade and was told they are out just before someone else walked passed us with a Charged Lemonade. Poor customer service and won’t come back here

Yum. I could eat their bread everyday. We only go there for a treat, but it is worth the price. They have lots of customers who all looked very happy. Good coffee. Friendly, happy employees. I love their soup. I also had a fajita warm and right out of the oven there. Loved it.

I’m sorry, because I love Panera. But I went in today and had a tomato soup w/grilled cheese. That was 12noon. By 3:30 this afternoon, I began to feel sick. An hour later, I was in the bathroom. Fell asleep around 6pm. I didn’t dare eat anything, because my stomach sounded like a meat grinder! Went to bed at 8:30, still nauseous. I will never go to that Panera again.

My husband and I weren’t feeling well so we decided to get their 2 wild rice soup with 2 avocado melt sandwiches and when we got home they super disappointed… stole my money and only gave us one chicken Chipotle and the other sandwich is a grilled cheese?! Im quite upset as it’s not nice to see that I paid more for what I got.

I have never eaten at this location, but I was doing doordash today & severely hurt my ankle. The sidewalk right in front in VERY uneven. I can’t believe there wasn’t a cone or some warning. I’m unable to walk now & my ankle is twice it’s normal size ! I may have to go to the ER. If you go here just be careful. Again I’ve never eaten here so the one star has nothing to do with the service.

This Panera is amazing!!! I've used Grubhub for it and always perfect and fresh!!! Receipts have cute smiley faces or notes on it! Thank you for caring because that's truly hard to find now days!!?✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Even though busy on a Sunday night, great fast service, and great food always

Every time I have ordered curb side pick up, it is ALWAYS 15+ minutes late AFTER the pick up time. When I walk in to ask about my food, it’s been sitting on the counter since it’s been ready. Their customer service is nonexistent, no apology at all for their inconvenience. If you want your food, I’d recommend walking in and NOT placing an order ahead of time. Even when it’s dead they can’t do their job accurately.

I usually enjoy Panera even if it is a bit overpriced. This particular store is run down. Missing floor tiles near the kiosks, vinyl on the bench seat was badly worn and cracked. They could not serve the hot chocolate because the machine was broke down.
