Noodles were dry and dr pepper tasted like water. But everything else was good.
This panda was ok. I was there about about 2:30 on a Tuesday. Not busy but at least 1/2 the tables were dirty. I know it’s fast food but when your the only one in line shouldn’t have to feel rushed. almost felt they were being pushy. Also they over filled my two entree container with Chow Mein and I got less of the 2 entrées. Could use some improvement on service and cleanliness
I am quite upset with the cashier. I am disabled and needed to make a request to be able to eat my meal. Not to put it in the bag, skip everything but the fork and slide the clamshell and recipt across to me. He indicated that he understood and would do as I asked. Then promptly went against my request and put it in the bag and plopped it down next to me. It's not an outrageous request, I asked for them to start over or refund me. He stared at me like he wasn't comprehending anything. I got fed up with trying to explain the situation. I like this location. But I ain't going back for a very long time. I couldn't eat the meal and it went into the trash. Very, very, upset about having 10 dollars wasted by incompetence. If they're worth anything they'll refund me for it.
i order through doordash, normally i would leave a comment with doordash if i had any problems but this was not a doordash problem, i order 2 orders of orange chicken with chow mein, both portions of the chow mein were filled with cabbage and barley any noodles, ended up picking some out and was not even left with half a tray of noodles…
Omg the food here today was so good!! Way more flavorful than usually Panda! Whoever is cooking knows their stuff!!
Placed my order through Door dash, ordered grill teriyaki chicken tried to add a special message but the app did not allow special message. After my order I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady and asked her to put some teriyaki sauce with my order as the app didn't allow me to send special message. The lady ask for the name on my order and said she would informed them to add the sauce to my order. Sure enough, after Door dash dropped off my order and no sauce.I also ordered a la cart of shrimp honey walnut and didn't get that either. So disappointed, i paid for it too. Such a rip off.
Food is normally good same with service. However this visit was horrible. Ordered family meal and there was enough of the entrees out to fulfill my order. Except they made may wait for the next batch of both. Which they did with the 9 people sitting waiting for their orders too. 15 minutes later I get my food including egg rolls which were ICE COLD! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Ordered at 715 pm online. Said would be completed at 735 pm. Didn’t get my order until 830. 55 mins late. They had 7 employees working but no supervisor or manager directing employees. It was like chickens running around with their heads cut off.Never coming to this location again. Stay away!
So disappointed in this location! Used to be a favorite and worth the drive!! After my last visit I wouldn't walk across the street to get it!! We pay more and get less!! Maybe half a spoonful of the angus steak and no string bean chicken! Not on my list of favorites anymore.
I don't know what happened to Panda Express but wow I am disappointed. The chicken quality is just not there, you get that typical cheap Chinese restaurant fake meat vibe from it.The sesame chicken was good, I think their breaded chicken is good in general but the kung pao and teriyaki chicken was super fatty, rubbery, and inedible. In the future I will instead go to LeAnn Chin 10/10 times, they never disappoint.Rangoons are always good though.
