I already wrote a review on doordash, but it seems like it’s on a “approve this review to be posted to the public” type of deal.But i’m probably left the saddest pregnant person because of noodles & company. My mac & cheese portion was the size of their ‘small’ option, I chose regular… then with the alfredo monte amore (my fav) - they skimped me on spinach & tomatoes, I clicked for extra. I know it’s not doordashes fault, because the order goes through noodles & company, then the dasher picks it up…So seeing my food being skimped, & i’m pregnant. Honestly had me emotional, & i’m already emotional as it is at 7 months pregnant. So you guys really broke my heart this time.
I was glad to find two options ( cauliflower and zucchini noodles). However, there was a paucity of spinach and mushrooms in my dish. I assume they cut up a chicken breast when I requested the grilled addition, but it seemed like very little. Price has gone up but then everywhere that has happened with their costs increasing.
The food is amazing, however management needs to make sure that their staff members wear hair nets especially those who have long hair for proper sanitation.
Yuck, chicken was rotten and I was sick for four days.Cheese on the Mac and cheese isn't even real cheese, doesn't melt.Never again
The day I went in the service was terrible and the person at the register was rude. I never get enough sauce on my pasta, but, the salads are amazing.
Ordered a pesto and when it arrived it was watered down and had little flavor to it. My wife couldn't even finish her Alfredo MontAmore. Pretty disappointing.
The food was good, but the order was missing the meat on two of the three entrees. The manager that helped when I called was very helpful and resolved the issue.
The wait times can be a bit long, but other than that the food is good
Ordered a Mac and cheese from this location from doordash and got the driest Mac and cheese ever. I ordered extra sauce and cheese and didn't even get it cause this location is known for skimping on the cheese so I always order extra. I call up there and they tell me I can pick it up ? What do you mean pick up a cheese cup that you should of put in my bag to start with. This place is a hot mess. Everytime I order mac and cheese something goes wrong. Dirty vegetables or either no cheese on the mac. Don't order doordash through here definitely go and order in person cause I don't think anybody up there bothers to read order instructions at all unless your in person and tell them face to face.
Restaurant won’t fill orders for Dashers because they think they don’t have to fill the drinks. They violate the contract with Doordash openly.
