I've been going to this location for the last decade and the last couple times we've gone, the food has been dry, overcooked or it's been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long. It's been my go to source for eating out. Both hubby and I ended up throwing out nearly the entire meal. Noodles, bourbon chicken and lemon chicken. The lemon chicken was good. Threw out everything else. Was a sad day for me.
Ultimately very salty and over seasoned compared to other Asian cuisine places. Their noodles are okay but much of the menu otherwise will make you very thirsty. The people were kind and friendly though at this particular shop.
Ordered online for take out. They don't acknowledge your presence when you go in and you end up waiting for everyone in line to get served before they put your order together, so if there is a constant flow of people coming in you have to wait until no one is left in the store before your order is put together. Waited a half hour last time, waiting right now for 15 minutes and no one has yet to even look at me let alone ask what I am here for. This will be the last time Leeann Chins gets my money.
It tasted like someone spit in our wantons and our potstickers were too wet and The orange chicken didn’t taste like orange chicken and the rice just isn’t rightPlease go somewhere else

I ordered mixed veggies and the guy working said “they’re almost done, it’ll just be 2 minutes”. 10 minutes later I asked about them and explained that I work in healthcare and need to get back to take care of patients. The same guy yelled back to the cook asking about the veggies. The cook was confused, because obviously he didn’t have them cooking. I informed them I couldn’t wait any longer as my break was over. I asked for a refund and some how none of the workers or manager knew how to process a refund. They tossed some veggie oil for about 5 seconds and offered them to me, uncooked. I refused the undercooked food. So I had to leave to return back to work, with no food, and no refund!!! If the guy had said they don’t have any cooking, I would’ve gone somewhere else, but they wasted my entire lunch break, and didn’t issue me a refund.
The staff was doing their best, even though they were backed up. Wasn't a bother at all and they all remained professional and courteous. Thank you!
The Fried rice and chicken tastes and smells like cigarette smoke. Some one must of been smoking around the food. Literally disgusting
