I would’ve gave them a 5 star but just cause I had a little complication. But overall the workers were nice and understanding and helped me get my order!
Placed my order at 8:30 am for delivery at 11:15 am, it's now 1:30 pm and still haven't received it. When I called just now they told me the order is in the car for delivery... the same thing they told me at 11:36 am when I first called. When I tell him this the guy says "don't know what else to tell you". So my order has been "out for delivery" 2 hours now? I'm a patient person and I understand it's hard to find employees these days but this is unacceptable. My lunch time ended at 12pm, even if my food arrived right now, Ican no longer eat it... and it would be a soggy mess. Stop advertising delivery if you can't handle it.
Don't EVER order food from this place! My family ordered dinner last Friday. After an hour wait we finally called to see where our food was. They told us the driver had it and was on the way... 20 minutes later we called back and was told that our order was never made because the bread was burnt, and than we were told the driver messed it up. When I asked to be refunded my 60 dollars they said I would have to come in Monday afternoon. I went in Monday afternoon to be lied to AGAIN and was told I had to talk to the area manager Aaron to get a refund. After talking to Aaron (and him treating me like I was the problem) he said I would be refunded in 3-5 days... Still no refund, no apologies, and being talked down to in a condescending tone. Don't spend (or waist) your money here!
Took over an hour to get the wrong order, and when it came it was all soaking wet. There was nothing even edible. Called the store and night manager was no help. He said they were closed.
Subs so fast you’ll freak...more like subs so slow I’ll FREAK-in lose my mind. Expect at least an hour and a half wait for delivery.
Never order wheat bread!!! Vile mushy and gross! Would never have ordered! What? Did you guys get a loaf of bread from cub foods on your smoke break? Unacceptable

I ordered my sandwich almost an hour and a half ago. I live less than 1 mile away. I am recovering from a medical procedure otherwise I would have gone to the store myself. Lunch rush is over. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Two Thumbs down.
Horrible service, horrible delivery. Took 2 hours and still didn’t have my sandwich. These people are lazy and should not be in business. Staff are very rude.
One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had thus far ordering from Jimmy Johns. To help alleviate the stress from staff shortages, I placed a pick-up order and proceeded to wait 2 hours without receiving an update. Finally, I decided to give them a call. To sum it up, I was told that they “forgot to update the order status” and that it was ready to grab whenever. After explaining that I’d rather just receive the refund than a sandwich that's been sitting for 2 hours, I was told that the order would be voided before being promptly hung up on. No apology for the delay. I highly recommend avoiding this location entirely.
