I won't ever tip again, or order again for the matter. Took well over an hour for my food to arrive at my door and ended up having to throw it away as I had to leave for something important. Sat outside for 4 hours. Beyond ridiculous that it took that long to get there.
We stopped here on our way to WI after a flight from WA. When I walked in to order, it appeared that there was only one person working. I asked if he was alone and he said yes. 2 people called in sick. There was a delivery person though. There were 5 people in front of me, and this young man (Daivonn) was smiling even though the phones were ringing off the hook and people waiting! Whoever is the manager of this store should promote him or for sure give this guy a raise! He could have been angry and acting like he didn’t want to be there. Instead, he was so pleasant! He needs to be appreciated for his excellent customer service and awesome sandwich making skills!THANK YOU DAIVONN FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Keep smiling! ?
This is now the third time this has happened, so I thought I needed to warn others of my experience, and1. Order took forever to arrive, and I am only 1.1 miles from the store. I ordered on a Sunday evening, and I guarantee this is not a busy time for them. I also ordered well before they were slated to close. Other times, the order would also be delayed, but I can overlook that because the food is (or used to be) good. (See #2 below...)2. All of the items were missing their condiments. I didn't make any modifications to any of the items. Everything arrived with no mayo, no oil, nothing. This is the thing that bothers me the most. This is the third time this is happened and now, I really don't want to order anymore from this Jimmy Johns since they can't even get a basic order made correctly. Is this some sort of misunderstanding on the part of the employee who assembled the order? I have been ordering this same set of items for years from several different Jimmy John's in the Twin Cities, and it is only this location that I have had problems with the order.
Placed a delivery order at 11:30am for ASAP knowing they would be busy. At 12:30pm I went and checked to front desk (ordered from a local business less than a mile away) and nothing was there. I waited until 1pm and went to check the front desk again. Magically my food appeared between 12:30 and 1pm but the driver just left the food at the desk in-front of the extension list and phone. I never received a call at my desk or on my cell (my cell number was on the receipt). This is not the first time I have had problems with this store. When I called to talk to a manager, he just made excuses how busy they were and the drivers had to take sssoooo many orders at one time. I didn't complain it was late... I was mad that they didn't give me a call on either number to let me know my food had arrived. This is the WORST JJs in the area.
This is the worst Jimmy John's in the state.Ingredients are obviously mishandled, orders always messed up, bad service, you name it. Got REALLY sick last time I ate here.I wish they would get new management or something because this is the only one that will deliver to us.The JJ off Donegal is usually where we go.
I have been to Jimmy Johns MANY times in my life. Last night two kids working at the Woodbury store / Queens drive around 6:00-6:40 had no time for people skills. My lady friend and I did everything to be kind and hold a conversation. The young man making the sandwiches made no effort to speak to us even when spoken to. The young girl could not even smile. It was like we don’t want to be here. It was like get your sandwiches and get the heck out. Heads up Manager of that store, you might want to speak to your staff. So disappointing to take time out of my day to go there and spend $$ on 3 sandwiches and get treated the way we did. You will know who was working that shift, 2/12/2022, I sure hope you have a one- on one….. Connie
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money going to this location. I received a soggy, inedible sandwich and when I complained I was told "sorry to hear that. We are down to one driver". To whoever owns this location, you are a joke.DONT GO HERE.
Just picked up two sandwiches and had great service. Very friendly staff and they even made sure we did not forget our chips. I breath of fresh air with the service shortages out there!
I placed an online order for delivery and I waited an hour before calling, and reached a busy signal the first time. Tried again a few minutes later and the very young lady who answered told me it would be sent out right away. Another half hour went by, so I called again and reached the same young lady who seemed a bit flustered and was somewhat rude. She mistakenly told me that my order was placed an hour later than it was and again that it was on the way. It finally came 10 minutes later... the delivery address is less than 2 minutes away (I was immobile and on a very tight schedule, otherwise wouldn't have had had it delivered). By the time my order came, I was unable to eat it because I had to leave for another job. More like Freaky Slow... Seems like a recurring problem according to other reviews, and it is the third time my order took over an hour to come - I was a somewhat regular if reluctant customer until now. Hopefully others will be spared the disappointment, it can be somewhat frustrating to be left hungry when you have a very busy day and a very limited window to eat. I'd recommend ordering from a more small/local and competent business instead if possible!
I have attempted to order from here multiple times and there are always issues. No turkey, closing at 2pm, closed on Monday. I have ordered at least 5 times and never actually received food.
