employees are very nice and the food is very good
Went there for special Olympics day. It is so nice to see you and company doing something like this with everything going on in the world. Not to mention the subs are amazing! As are the staff!
Subs were very good, it was expensive but they are huge if you buy the giant sub
Love Jersey Mike's. They slice the meat fresh right in front of you and you can taste the difference (sooo much better that Subway). The staff is always friendly and talkative. Kids Eat Free on Sundays which is always great. I also love the month of giving they do each year in support of leukemia research. I will always be a fan of this place and have sent many people their way
Food was great. Exceptional workers especially one nice young man named Ethan. He is went to way above and beyond any expectations. Well done!
Price is a bit high but every thing is these days, we have a gluten free member in our family so its nice to go to a place where she can easily get something to eat also.

Apathy. That is what nearly every employee demonstrated when I stopped in this evening. From ignoring requests to flat out acting like they couldn't hear... I'm honestly at such a loss I don't know want to do beyond take my money and time other places.The most off-putting part of this whole interaction: the other Woodbury location has some of the most convivial employees I have ever interacted with.Truly a shame how one bad location can make the rest of the franchise look bad.
Gluten free available but expensive. $$$ I had 3 people recommend JM over Subway.
Ordered a mini sub, drink and a chip. Had a coupon for free drink and chip. When 9 looked at the receipt I was charged for a regular sub, chips and the drink. I called the store and they said, just give us your name and when you come in next time your name will be on our board for a free regular sub. Yeah, my name wasn't put on any board and they denied my claim. Really nice! What would a 47 year old, good member of the community have a need to fake them out of a sub? I hope this location closes.
