The cookies are a quarter of the size they used to be and the Mac and cheese was served cold… like straight out of the refrigerator.
First visit here and it was amazing. The sub was delicious. I will definitely come back again!
The new Cajun chicken sandwich wasn't very good. The chicken was definitely precooked because it was kind of rubbery. But all of the other sandwiches we've had here have been good.
Great atmosphere workers and food!! I love this location and I’m very full for under $10 this place is insanely good I’ve only given 5/5 rarely so top notch job!

Great staff working there most of the time, until the store suddenly closes... is this place paying too little or the manager is not able to retain their staff, it's really sad, now it's closing at 5 and I can't order there because it closes to early for me... The food quality is amazing though.
I usually don’t leave negative review especially in this turbulent time, but my experience at this location was very horrible. Place was a complete mess, worker constantly rubbing hands over nose and face and then proceeded to fix my sub, owner was very rude to customers and staffs

Been to this location many times, and never once have we been disappointed. The cashier was extremely friendly and made sure the kids received their fire helmets while placing their orders. Our food came out quickly, correctly and delicious! My niece had never been to one of your stores before, and once she bit into her sandwich she literally said “wow, this is an amazing sandwich”. I always recommend firehouse subs when someone is asking for a great sandwich.
Mike greeted us as we entered the establishment and remembered our order from last time we visited was amazing. One of our favorite places to eat. It felt good and honored that he remembered us. He was always friendly and polite each time. Great customer service goes along way. Great job Mike you Rock !!!!!!!! The food is always fresh and hot. The chili is my favorite. Cold days stop in and warm up with a bowl you won’t regret it.
