My daughter enjoys the iced coffee and the maple glazed donut. The service isn't always the best but we do tend to go on a busy Saturday. It takes about 30 minutes to get through the drive thru so head inside!

Black mold in coffee machine, and frozen drinksmanagement yells at staff all day long plus Management is always on the phone also they will pretend to not being able to hear you during drive thru (they 100% can)BY FAR WORST DUNKIN YOU CAN FINDStore has been under investigationSTAY FAR AWAY!!!Ps very expensive for a simple coffee you can make at home

Very limited selection of donuts, taste was fairly good. Drive through line really slow at 3:00 on a Monday

When I got to Dunkin’, the drive up line was long so I decided to go in, walked in as someone was coming out then the worker behind the counter yelled at me from across the room “MY LOBBY IS CLOSED, YOU NEED TO LEAVE! I DON’T KNOW HOW YOU GOT IN BUT LEAVE!!” There were more people in line and people sitting at tables. Everyone started staring so instead of causing a scene I just left. There was no sign that their lobby was closed and their hours said they were open. Very poor experience overall.However, once I left, I still wanted coffee so I went to Starbucks and there was NO LINE!! The service was amazing and the drinks are better anyways. Just a little more expensive but totally worth it. I made sure to give a good tip before I left. Definitely made up for the horrible Dunkin fiasco.

The donuts were as expected .... great! The service was not ... my coffee was not as I ordered it and we stood around waiting to order and have coffee made while 1 gal was flirting with the person making sandwiches.

The drinks are, in my experience, always made very well, and the donuts look like donuts so that's good. The drawback about this location is they are usually out of the ingredients needed to make my first or second beverage choice, (and just forget about seasonal options, they won't have the stuff to make it) so just expect that after sitting in the line for too long once you get to the order screen you probably won't get what you wanted in the first place. Unless you just want a black coffee, you should be good to go champ. Good news is you don't get blocked in when you're in the drive thru so if they don't have what you want you can always skrt skrt. ??

Awful. Did a mobile order, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to forget half my order and no straws. Parked and tried to go inside, the door was locked. Called the store, they were rude and insisted that the door was unlocked. It wasn’t. Decided to go through the drive thru and the lady was very rude and didn’t apologize or anything for messing up my order. They’re extremely slow, no customer service skills, and can’t seem to get an order right to save their lives. This entire ordeal took an hour total just to get some coffee and breakfast.

I go here very often cause it’s the only Dunkin in my area but I never get what I order, I order a small vanilla ice latte and get a caramel iced latte, the second time I got a decaf coffee. This third time I ordered a pumpkin drink and it was correct except there was a long red hair in it, good luck getting your order.

Instead of leaving a note on the door as an excuse to understaffing, try paying your employees more and treating them better.

The manager could have been nicer to the girl working the counter. She was helping customers coming into store and the manager snapped at her like she was doing nothing. Try being nicer to the people who work there. Finding employees is hard enough, so treat the ones you have with a bit more respect.
