Disappointing 1st time visit 12/30/2021 ordered donuts for 01/01/2022 "curbside" 7:45 AM pick up. Arrived 7:36 AM but store Holiday Hours hand written sign open 8:00 AM - what?! Coldest day of year gotta sit in my running car to keep warm! I could see someone in store stocking items getting ready for day. Finally 8:00 enter store my order isn't ready for pick up!?! Ask for my money back as I don't have time to wait - didn't even get FULL refund!#DuckDonuts is over priced, over rated and customer service is terrible all in 1st visit. Been a month since I contacted DD they replied, I provided information DD requested have NOT heard anything from them (no refund, apology or what was discovered when contacted store).They should change name from Duck Donuts to Suck Donuts!
Duck Donuts has been a huge comfort for me and mine since we moved to MN. I really love the variety of toppings and the staff is kind and patient (there's a lot to choose from). Since they make the donuts to order make sure you allow for a little bit of wait for your trip (5-15 mins depending on how many you get). I definitely recommend the peanut butter icing ?✨
These donuts really are the best in town but it sucks when DoorDash eats half of your order due to the boxes being left open. You should consider a sticker or label to seal the boxes so the costumer knows if there order was tampered with.
Oh my! Dangerous spot to be if you're a doughnut lover. Half the box was gone even before leaving the building, it was that good. Where else would you find fresh made to order doughnuts in basically any toppings you want. This place is it! Look no further. Service was amazing and worth the wait.
My agency ordered donuts for a collaboration in schools and the owner was incredible!! He was able to fill a huge order in 24 hours! The donuts were delicious, warm and delivered right on time despite poor road conditions that day. We will definitely be using Ducks Donuts again!!!
Heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try. These are the best Donuts I've ever had! Ralph was super helpful and friendly when I placed my order. He told me about the store history and all the different options they have available for the Donuts. Highly recommend you give this place a try!
Our favorite place for donuts! They are so freaking good. The staff is amazing. They make the donuts fresh and ice them as you wait. Coffee is great too! Kid friendly - Highly recommend.
Donuts were good because it was made fresh. BUT there was 5-6 staff there but only 1 staff that was nice enough to help me. As soon as each customer left, the rest of the staff would trash talk about their customers. There was one customer that was picking up his order but couldn’t find his name and as soon as he left, the staff was laughing and saying that this customer was illiterate. Definitely not going back because the staff are rude and so negative about their customer.
Best part was the donuts were fresh. However, they were small in portion and not tasty enough to entice me to go back.Worst part was the terrible customer service. With 5-6 staff working and 2-3 customers in the store, you'd think service would be quick. Staff looked unhappy to be there and chatted with each other in the back instead of working. I waited 10-15 minutes for 3 donuts and by the time I received those, not one of the many other staff present had bothered to make my drink, so I ended up waiting for that as well. I haven't and have no intentions of visiting again.
Great service and atmosphere and delicious doughnuts. The last few times I’ve been in everyone working has been so happy and friendly. It’s refreshing to see!
