Overpriced and extremely small portions. Not worth it.
Ordered online and there was a deal where if I spent $25 I would get a free appetizer. I spent a little over $40 and then they called me because there was an issue with one of the items I ordered. I replaced it with something else and found out after the fact that they charged me for the appetizer after changing the order. I double checked it when I got home and it should have been about $45 with the adjustment, not the $51 they charged me. So pretty annoyed with that. The chicken and sesame sauce came separate which I don’t prefer, but I’m sure some people do. They also shorted us on the rice. Very disappointed and won’t be eating here again.
Unable to refund for omitted items and certainly not a place for those looking for decent prices, appetizers and customer service. I've been ordering from this place for years and their chicken main dishes are delicious but everything else will leave you wanting more. The pot stickers are amazing if you like warm, raw hot-water pastry crust. Don't get me started on the current customer service situation. The older of the two servers/hostesses was absolutely amazing. However, the younger but old enough to know better one, requires remedial training. When you put someone on hold, make sure you actually put them on hold. I heard every word of ish talking as well as you handling other callers who called after myself. Ling story short, this establishment has gone downhill fast in the past few months.
My chicken was nice and cripy.. the fried rice was cooked very well. The inside was clean, but average.Taking a star away because I asked them to make my chicken extra spicy, but was very little heat.Still enjoyed the meal.
Ducs is the BEST!!! We’ve been coming here for years and I still am always amazed at the quick service no matter how busy the place is. The food is always hot and delicious - for both dine in and take-out - and the owner is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. 6 out of 5 stars!
Food was absolutely AMAZING! Ordered sweet and sour chicken with cream puffs and my my boyfriend got beef pho. Both dishes were amazing. The sweet and sour sauce is a bit different but in a good way. Our server was super upbeat and sincere. A very good lunch experience and well worth the drive.
We ordered the fried potatoes, eggroll, Mongolian beef, and pan fried dumplings. We requested the Mongolian beef have no spice at all. Unfortunately that was not the case, we due to a medical condition was unable to eat it. The eggroll had in my opinion to much carrot in and not enough of the other things you expect. (See Photo) Absolutely loved the dumplings and the fried potatoes. I may give them a go again but will eat in to ensure the spice request is followed.
This is my preferred place for Asian cuisine; everything here is very good quality and my orders have always been consistently excellent. I've noticed some other establishments involved with this type of food which I have visited have had food quality and hygienic concerns, so I'm pleased to find a business that I can have confidence in each time that I place an order. For full disclosure I am not a meat eater so I can only review the non-meat offerings.
This place is amazing! I had the pork dumplings, beef pho, and shrimp spring rolls. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hot, yummy, Vietnamese dinner!
