What an absolute joke! Here I was trying to surprise family members with an order I arranged, just like the app said I could, for an hour out, only to have them schedule it for the next day. Even after I “confirmed” the order with someone in store on “a local call”. What an unprofessional mess! Idk if this is a corporate issue or a franchise issue but wow, my disappointment is so low of this franchise I would push for -3 stars if I could. I suggest they organize better or they’re corporate functions need to do so much better for the franchises. Again, what a joke! Get it together dominoes.
Shout out Elizabeth, and Jeff for making, and delivering my pies, best dominos experience I’ve had tbh. If everyone had the same level of service provided by these two, and anyone else involved in the making of my pies, every time they patron a dominos store, more people would order pizza here, all the time. Perfect placement of the toppings, not just slopped together, and obviously lacking in ingredients, as is usually the case. Extra sauce, thank you for not only listening, but understanding. Cooked to perfection, well done means, well done. Nailed it, it’s the difference between fluffy, cakey, overly bready pizza, and that crispy, chewy, caramelized goodness that is well done pan pizza. Delivery seamless, by the time I see the notification that the pies have finished cooking, not a couple minutes later, Jeff is calling to say he has left the package on my stoop. I am not kidding when I say, I feel as though I just had a gourmet restaurant experience. In a metro area I am learning has slim pickings of great food experiences, ESPECIALLY LATE NIGHT, I feel as though these two just delivered it to the comfort of my home, at a reasonable price, and lightning fast. Burnt my mouth fast. Thank you, and Bravo. Please pass along y’all’s abilities to everyone on the dominos roster that doesn’t do it the same way.
Do yourself a favor and order from another domino's location or another chain all together. Worst customer service I have ever received. Whomever the older women you have working there talking to customers needs to be fired. I'll drive the extra distance if we want domino's again. Stay away from this location..
Usually great 5-Stars, ordered many pizzas here in last 2 years. Kids love the pizza. Last visit was poor, only 1 person (not 3-4) working. She was overwhelmed, trying to keep up.. She said, "they can't find enough workers" Poor pizza, 1st in 2+ years. DO NOT BLAME HER.. IT takes about 3+ to run pizza line. HOPE THEY CAN FIND MORE WORKERS SOON.
Speed and Quality can be hit or miss, but even on it’s worst day, it’s better than Pizza Hut and sleasers. Sometimes I feel extra sauce and extra cheese is ignored and that makes me sad. But for a hot cheap pizza, I’ll always be back.
Never ordering from here again. A hour in half after I placed my order I had to call and see where it was. Staff told me that they haven't even started making it yet and it will take 30 to 40 mins to make. For 1 pizza. All it was just a 12" pizza with pepperoni. Really??????? What a joke!!!!!
Awful experience. While many pizza delivery restaurants have mastered the challenging task of placing toppings on pizzas, the concept is beyond grasp for this store as noted by the pizza photo below without the proper toppings.Proof for the 3 individuals I had to speak to about it. After several phone call transfers, I had the pleasure of speaking to a pizza scientist that challenged me on the order discrepancy. Still unresolved following an encounter with their “manager.” Wrong toppings aside, the pizza was cold and disgusting. I imagine this would be what eating a real domino covered in ketchup would taste like. As far as the “wings” well they are about the size of a very small deep fried field mouse - see photos.
Whoever made my gf feta pizza yesterday deserves a raise, and/or a bonus. Usually when I order dominos gf pizzas from any location, they’re always good. But some days they just turn out extra good, extra gooey toppings/sauces/whatever, and when it does I feel like that needs to be expressed, and rewarded. :)
I had ordered food from this location once before and they had employees with bad attitudes. I ordered here again and I got the same energy. I had a two hour prep time and when I called they said the food wasn’t even cooking. Never again will I order from this location.
Ordered a pizza during an unbusy time in the afternoon only to have it delivered with the wrong item could not catch the driver and had to call in and wait on hold forever to speak to somebody about getting this corrected they told me the driver with circle back and it would be here in 10 minutes really!! And is at the other pizza outside as they would need it for collection!!Hope you get your correct pizza Simon’s sooner than I did! Way pay full price for something you didn’t want and then wait for the cold one to be delivered!
