One of the worst Oreo blizzards I have had. About a tablespoon of Oreos, basically a cup of vanilla ice cream
Got cold burgers with unmelted cheese the last 3 times I ordered them. Had to microwave them when i get home. Used to be my go-to but I think I need to find a new place to go.
Always busy but suler fast service and of course you can't mess up ice cream.
FYI lobby closes at 7pm. Drive through was extremely busy buy it seemed to be moving. I gave up.
Their lobby closes at 7pm. Be patient as you wait through the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes from the time I entered the line (DQ corner of Bielenberg)to the time I was handed my order. However it still moved pretty smoothly. I would gather it all matters on who orders what and time of day. To all the workers, we appreciate you. :)
We ordered a cake from here and my daughter was looking for a very specific theme. I didn’t see it online but called and spoke with Olivia and she was incredibly kind and helpful! Shout out to her for offering great customer service. She made a 6 year old very happy.
Did mobile order due to drive thru being packed. I went in maybe 5 minutes after I placed the order and it was already done!! Great quality and service
Whoever designed the drive thru is hollow between their ears. And then to close down the lobby unannounced and not have any signage besides locking the doors…. On top of the employees having terrible customer service after waiting in line for over 30 minutes…. I wish google allowed zero stars because this business is laughable.
Always great service at this DQ even during their reconstruction! The Ice cream is pretty good too
Ordered a six pc chicken strip meal at drive-thru window. Employees broke full strips in half to fill the six pc order. Will try again.
