Lot's of fun with my niece. Just wish the card readers weren't set with such a long delay. Some games require you to hit continue faster than others

Great for birthdays. Good pizza

The staff were very nice but the manager was amazing. I love how helped us and delt with everyone different. His personality wad great. Our entire party had a great time. My grandkids adores chuck e cheese this was the perfect place to be for a 3 yr old birthday. The manager also told us about employment opportunities with Chuck e cheese (which my 15 yr old will be able enduring soon).

This was my first time doing a birthday party some sort of party facility..Honestly it beyond met my expectations. Our party host, Stephanie, was so sweet and on top of everything! Everything ran so smoothly for the party and my girls loved it for their party. The manager stopped by many times to make sure everything was going ok as well. Thank you for making everything go smoothly and for a easy fun birthday party.

Hi it's me Boyfriend 27 with a new review!Personally I went here about a month ago and enjoyed it very well, my little cousin also enjoyed it (probably more than me), he won the jackpot on the Slither Io game and loved it. Pretty well maintained, everything seemed at least acceptably clean, and the food didn't take too long to get out. If I have to say one thing to improve on is the prizes, which could be a bit higher quality, but otherwise, would come again!

It's fun to bring your kids here but just for an hr it's over $30, so you gotta play as many games to even get any amount of tickets to get anything good. Waaaayy too expensive now. I hate to think how much it costs to reserve a party area here. I was shocked at how much it is now. Only plus is it totals your tickets but the machines can be temperamental.

Our chuck e cheese in Rochester closed and this is the closest location for us. We drove 1.5 hours and it was worth it! We brought our daughter for her birthday and also brought her cousin. They had so much fun! We were here on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy with many Birthday parties, but they were very organized and the parties seemed to be staggered in times. We ordered pizza & cheese bread & it was surprisingly very good! We will definitely be back!

The stuffed crust pizza was decent, atmosphere was great but it would be nice if they had animatronics, but this isn't necessarily the fault of this particular establishment. Highly recommend for kids under 10.

Went here to celebrate my nephew's birthday, and was more than disappointed with the experience. Employees felt the need to lord over the pizza, nearly running to take the spatula out of my hand when I got tired of waiting to be served a slice. The games are broken. One example comes to mind; My daughter tried swiping her card several times, and the machine did not let her play, but removed credits from her card. I finally found help, and it took him 15 minutes to come over to where the problem was. I told him that she had lost a few credits, and this employee looked at me, sighed, and while looking me in the eyes flipped her for one game on a different machine and walked away, not saying a word. I was raised with a better work ethic, and would NEVER treat a customer this way. I knew at that point that my poor brother had wasted his money. I will NEVER return, and confirm to everyone that I know the online rumors and jokes are definitely true. The experience was not worth my time even though my brother prepaid for the entire party. Personally, I would like to see the building converted into a hardware store. This is a sad thing to think about, since I remember many parties growing up at this establishment, and my son's first birthday party was here, 15 years ago. Oh, how times and business ethic have changed.

Attended a private birthday party. Pizza was an acceptable quality. Pop taps were all flat/under carbonated. Majority of arcade machines were working well. Unfortunately the show stopper Luigi’s Mansion was taking money, but in an unplayable state (IR sensors not functioning properly). Dippin dots were the highlight of the offering, but were forgotten by the staff, which caused the party to run long as they were served late. At $27 a head, you can get a lot of bang for your buck with the little ones (9 and under) with the private parties. Older crowds need not apply.
