Chipotle in general is unfathomable. I just unfortunately love pain I guess. This location was out of Cheese, Guacamole, and informed me there was no time to make or prepare the salad dressing (honey chipotle vinaigrette). Supervision and management is a joke and leaves there front line employees out to dry. Employees did their best to handle the stress of the lunch rush and missing certain staple ingredients. The burrito of the dude behind me in line was the smallest burrito I have ever seen wrapped. I jokingly asked him if he ordered the new "small burrito." He chuckled but was not happy, so I paid for his burrito. They also wrapped his burrito on the ledge which coated his entire wrapping in sour cream. I asked for plastic gloves for him. The pay system had "been glitching recently." I stood there while the pleasant cashier tried to flag down supervision and management. Nobody came to help them. Feel bad for the hardworking employees and customers that are uncomfortable to speak up when they clearly aren't getting proper portions that they are paying for. Enter **ANY** Chipotle at your own risk; the issues are ubiquitous from store to store.

Theirs no joy in this place anymore. And you can see it and taste it when you come in too order. The food had been sitting their long enough to be dry except for the rice which was mushy. The whole meal almost completely void of flavor, the lobby was a messy disappointment after seeing how manny individuals came to serve 1 person(more than 3). Seeing a dirty lobby has me wondering what the back of house looks like. I wouldnt have came back here unless it was too visit friends who work their. Sorry to see what this location has come too.

Music was really loud. It made it difficult to hear the staff's questions while in line. Service was quite quick and polite. I wish that there were more topping options (ex. grilled vegetables), and menu options (vs. Quodoba). Nevertheless, my chicken bowl was delicious and the kids enjoyed their meals (tacos or quesadillas, side of rice and beans, chips or fruit- a cutie, and chocolate milk or apple juice.The ladies' bathroom was out-of-order, making the mens' bathroom unisex. The toilet wasn't flushed and there was pee all over the seat. I can't fault the staff, because the bathroom was consistently in use.There is outdoor seating that overlooked a small pond and flowering trees. If it hadn't been cold, it would have been a nice option.

Unbelievable poor service, rude to be exact. The cashier was fantastic, he was super polite. The guy who made my first burrito burst the tortilla, proceeded to re-wrap it so it looked like a softball. This is what the woman who took over wrapping came up with….disgusting! When I thanked her for her patience, she walked away from me. I then called her out and thanked her again (what was I thanking for though???) she snarked at me. I should have just asked for my money back. The sad thing is, this location usually has decent service and I drove out of my way to go here. If the owner sees this, I’m happy to give more information.By the way, the kitchen/grilling area was a disaster with dishes all over and stacked up. All the condiments were mixed, I got corn with my green salsa….I didn’t ask for corn, it was just in the mess.Disgusting!

Not all Chipotles are created equal. Two of my last three experiences here have been absolutely awful.Experience 1: absolutely nothing was ready. 15 minutes after they opened and they had not unlocked the door (someone had to come push it open but it was never unlocked so guests were pushing the door open from the inside for one another) and then everything from fajitas, steak, and chicken were all 15 minutes from being prepared. Everyone in line was frustrated wondering how this could happen when they open at the same time every day.Experience 2: they again aren’t monitoring when things are low so I only receive a half portion of steak and told I’ll have to pay extra if I want more. The person flies through making my order which was an absolute mess and missing every single thing that I said such as a “tiny” amount of cheese and not a snowball-sized chunk of cheese.I’ve been to this location probably 300 times in my life but I am officially never going back. It has been unfathomable lately. My suggestion to anyone in the Woodbury area is to go to Valley Creek or skip it all together.

Food has been good so far however customer service and store upkeep needs major improvement. Pick up times are never on time, expect at least half an hour delay. Everytime I order a pick up I always have to check with an employee multiple times to check on my order even when I'm on time. Ive also observed some unprofessional workers just hanging out, not helping customers. Needs a whole lot of work and new management.

We were just there today, what a mess. The floors were filthy. We looked around and there must have been 5-6 ppl waiting for online orders. The workers in the back acted like there wasn't any urgency. No one available to check us out. Pop spilled and dried on the fllor in huge puddles. Tables were filthy, chairs stacked up all over. On exiting the rugs and floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Everything was disgusting , and my bowl was so salty i couldn't eat.it Just overall 1 huge disappointment . Never eating there again, waste of money

Windows and inside filthy! Lettuce was brown and watery. Woman grilling the meat was eating the meat as she cut it. The ice machine didn’t work and Coke lever wouldn’t shut off! Never experienced a bad chipotle until this one!

It was disgusting! None of the tables were clean the drink station was gross workers were eating behind the counter and the guy on the till had earbuds in wasn’t paying attention. Was very slow I wouldn’t come back. But the food wasn’t bad.

Ordered online set the pickup time for 8:10 p.m. according to their availability and went there @8:15 p.m. had to wait still.The people who are line up there get they're foods before I did and they came in shortly after I did.Bunch of young kids working there. Unapologetically. Finally got my order @8:30p.m.Shouldn't there be a person who work on the online orders only? It'll make it faster for those who are ordering online.
