Ordered 4 entrees through Chipotle website - only 3 arrived (and they were cold). Tried to get corrected but unable to speak to a person (just autobot) and was given "free entree to be used in next 30 days." No "we will replace missing item" or "refund missing item". Absolutely appalling - will never use again. Family take-out night ruined.

I found an avocado sticker in my burrito bowl. Its not the end of the world but it makes me wonder if they are even washing the avocados before preparing the guacamole. If they aren't doing that what else aren't they doing correctly? Gross.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and I honestly love chipotle but this place has got to be the worst one ever. It’s always something with this place, recently they were out of chips, lettuce and fajitas and had missed some of the ingredients on our online order. Like how do you run out of chips and lettuce when this is your core ingredients? The staff seems overwhelmed and will ignore you as long as possible if something wrong with your order. Come on chipotle, you are better than this.

Horrible! The smallest burrito ever. I did not order tomatoes and there were three pieces of steak total. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

The owner of the Chipotle franchise made a lot of money really quickly but never wanted to invest in the physical stores ,employee's or management. I've called numerous times about numerous things hoping the franchise would change for the better but it's gotten a lot worse and I'm talking pre-pandemic before extreme staff shortages , etc.The restaurants have always been a free for all with managers just being other kids the same age that won't discipline their peers.This is why most of the customers you see are 15 -25 year olds .They don't care.Older people generally don't tolerate how Chipotle operates.The wife and I use to go once every week .Then every other . Now it's every 2 months or more.

If you order online and get anything EXTRA, make sure to check your order when you get there. They feel like they can skimp you when you’ve paid for the extra food.Also if you go up to respectfully tell them that your bowl is the size of lil kids meal they get annoyed and rude.I’ve never liked this location but JEEZ.

Ive given this location multiple chances. Every time I go there it gets worse. Today will be the last time. Bland meat, brown soggy old lettuce. My portion was so small I’m still hungry. What a waste of money. I never ever write reviews but today I am because this location is terrible.

Every time I go to this location, it's either online orders only or it's just closed. I placed an order today, went to pick it up, and there was a sign that that said their hours changed for the day and they were closed. My card was charged, I contacted customer service and no one was available on the app, and I have yet to receive their "follow-up email".

Food was fine but prices went up and not posted correctly on the menu board as I went to check out and the difference was an overcharge of $3.00. The lady said at the register the menu prices on the board weren’t accurate. I feel that is pretty poor for a business to do. If you can’t update the board immediately, at least write new prices with a piece of paper. Kindly paid the extra fee but will not be going back. Wondering how this location is still in business after reading some of these other reviews.

Placed online order with confirmation of payment and an order number and they couldn't locate the order in their system when I arrived to pick it up. Told me to call a number and didn't offer any assistance or problem solving capacity by the counter representative. This location historically is a hot mess for to-go or delivery.
