The food is good and has lots of flavor. Chips and salsa is the best part of the meal though. I appreciate that they are understaffed and won't over-seat people. The ONE server we saw worked his butt off.
Service was great ? Food was basic ??♂️ Cups with beverages Trash? second Chili’s I have been to that has disgusting filthy mugs! Both Chili’s replied with I think they are just old. NO THEY ARE COVERED GREESE AND LIPSTICK! Never going back to any Chili’s
Asked for a bacon cheeseburger. They gave me a cheeseburger with salad bacon bits in it. I was upset at first because it was a takeout order and I had to make other plans, but realize mistakes happen. The manager made it right. All in all, I've been to this location several times for a burger and i like the good and service is usually pretty good.
Four of us, ranging in age from 20 to 80, went to Chili's and all of us enjoyed our meals. The burgers and fries are exceptional and were attractively served on a stainless steel tray with a square ss bowl for the fries. The Margarita Chicken is also very good and attractively plated. Our server was attentive and friendly. The only thing we had a shortage of was napkins, which was remedied soon after we brought it to the attention of the staff.
We had about a five minute wait at entrance and it wasn’t busy at all. It appeared to be understaffed. The table was kind of sticky where we were sat at. There was still some residue on the menu. The food was delicious and a big serving at a time of it too. Our server was really kind but for how busy it wasn’t, she seemed to be mentally preoccupied and forgetful.
Went to Chili's for Mother's Day ❤️ and it was fabulous meal. And wonderful service.
Great service and food. I got the 2 people for 25 and was blown away on how much food you get. We got a huge basket of guacamole included in the deal. Our entrees were also a good size, we couldn’t even finish it. We had a slice of cheesecake too that was in the deal. We had to bring the cheesecake home because we were so full.
A little slow in seating us, but I ascribe that to having an employee shortage. No problem, we rolled with it. Servers were very attentive, shrimp and chicken quesadilla were great. Had to take some home as servings were ample. Nice atmosphere. Will go again.
From the time we were seated to the time someone arrived to our table was 15 minutes. The waiter dropped off chips and salsa which we thought was standard as we didn't order them. We found 2 hairs in the chips. I ordered a diet coke with a splash of grenadine and my daughter asked for a water. 10 minutes later they brought 2 waters and no diet coke. I ordered shrimp fajitas. The sour cream and Pico de gallo were frozen solid. My daughter ordered Cajun shrimp pasta with a salad. The salad never came and she pulled hair out of her pasta. By the time my new sour cream came, I had completely lost my appetite . I was brought a second diet coke, but without my grenadine. I can't remember the last time I had such a horrible experience dining out. In fact, I'm pretty Sure I never have. Oh, and remember the chips we were given at the beginning which we never asked for? Well, they put it on our bill at $5.99. Until, that is, I expressed my displeasure with the hair in our food and the fact that I didn't touch my meal. They took care of the bill and told us to have a good day. No apologies whatsoever were recieved. I will not go back. Ever.
