I’m beyond tired of getting the wrong orders at this location. I’m constantly getting my simple breakfast order messed up and can’t figure out for the life of me why it’s so difficult for this location to get it right?
....?!?!!??!!? I AM DISGUSTED! COBB SALAD HAD STICKY WHITE STUFF. I DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL I STARTED MOVING MY FORK AROUND MY SALAD! WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS THAT STICKY WHITE STUFF??? IT WAS THERE BEFORE I EVEN PUT IN MY RANCH DRESSING! WAS MY FOOD NOT STORED AT A CORRECT TEMPERATURE??? EWWWWW!!! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! I'LL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO THE BLOOMINGTON LOCATION!!
Love the juicy sandwiches here. Never disappointing! Food is great and people are super friendly! Keep up the great work!
25 minute wait for a bunch of uncooked food. Someone in management best get their act together before the food inspectors shut the place down.
I was wanting something quick and easy with kids in the car, this turned out wrong and the family for sick. I tried the drive through but was forced in the express pickup lane without an express order. Causing me to do a mobile order while I sat and waited in the parking lot as the drive through was unreasonable.The mobile pickup was straight forward if that's the method you're planning on ahead, it wasn't though.That night though we got sick and the most likely candidate is sadly Chick-fil-A. I've enjoyed it in the past but don't think I'll be going back anytime soon sadly.
The lines are always long but it goes so quick. I don’t know how they’re able to do it but the manager must be doing something right. Obviously it’s a fast food type of joint but it’s the best one in town. You can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A!
I want say great job here . I been visiting since it open up. Today I was served by Josh.W . I see him almost every time I am here . He does amazing job outside and when he inside ! I ask if I could talk to his manger and he was like no problem. I told a girl name Megan(manger) how great of job he does. Sounds like great place to work. Josh deserve a pay raise
Delicious chicken sandwiches and great waffle fries. The service is unbelievably fast and the employees are always friendly!
Great experience! I want to say great job to Josh.Wyger he slipped and hit his head on the drive Thur ice. Then got up and walk back to window area . When trying give him a tip he said he not allowed to take tips. I see Josh here almost every time I am here . He is nice employee. He always has a smile even under the face mask. He cares about his customers and will do his best make sure you have great experience like carry drinks to table. The owner should be very proud of how great of a team he or she has. They all deserve a pay raise.
Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. Great workers and customer oriented, we would go back anytime.
