Excellent location with friendly bubble tea baristas. Recommend their signature for a classic and reliable experience but if feeling more adventurous texturally and flavor-profile-wise, try the taro with actual mashed taro or my favorite, the ube crème brûlée. For the latter, you can ask for extra ube purée for a more intense dessert drink.
Great place to get bubble tea! The workers are extremely friendly, the menu is quite extensive, and the drinks are amazing. I highly recommend this place!
I've never had a bad experience or issues with Woodbury Chattime. But today as I was chewing the pearls, I felt something weird in my mouth and spit it out. It was one of the card paper they punch when someone has a Chat time card. They did drop a cup and I am wondering now that maybe it was my cup that fell and they just didn't decide to rinse or get me a different cup. Who knows, but I was pretty digusted.Also, the pearls tasted like it wasn't coated in sugar. Which it usually is everytime I go. I'll still come back of course because I've never experienced nothing bad besides today.
Floor at Woodbury was so sticky I thought my shoes would come off. Went to the restroom and it was very dirty. Made me pause to drink my mocha.
For the price of the drinks, I expect better customer service. It was such a bad experience with how they handled a customer concern about one of their drinks, that I am not going back and not recommending this place.
Good. Not bad ? but lacking.I ordered the *signature milk tea. The Drink was more water?compared to milk?? ? and even though it is sweet when the ice melts the flavor gets 'diluted' (P.s. I have drank bubble tea my whole life and have never experienced ICE = 'diluting' the flavors) I'm guessing what we are 'really buying' are the ?jellies & pearls? haha. Those are the star⭐ingredients. (Pearls were delicious ?) As for the *Drink... It was okay.??• Macrons? have more bite?hard shell & chewy. Not a deal breaker.
i have gone here multiple times, and i really recommend it! but, taro milk tea with only 30 percent sugar didn't taste right, it had a weird texture to it. but besides that, the service is okay and the tea is great!
Good tea, but the store was so dirty. I was shocked. You could see the dirt on the floor, and my feet stuck everywhere I walked.
Really love this place for their drinks and milk tea. The texture of the fresh boba is always delicious and chewy. I just wish I could get a receipt for my orders; one of the gals did a mistake for our order one time.
6/5/2021When i got disappointed for the first time.I love Chatime, my ultime favorite boba place. But today my wife ordered Ube toasted creme brulee with regular sugar (like the usual we are getting) and i even change our drink to large size..Make the story short.I'm excited for my drink and when i drink it i thought i got covid because i couldn't taste any ube, no ice and the sugar level is 25% i guess.
