Im gonna give 4stars, this location can be a hit or miss! We got coffee 2 times in one day. The coffee was great! Mint condition & whatever my fam got. But when we went in the morning the cream that was out was from the previous day, and they completely overloaded my plain bagel in cream cheese. it was like the whole container of cream cheese was on it! I got home and had to wipe nearly all of it off. Later in the day they were giving out free pastries, fam thought they were a little stale.
They've always gotten my online orders correct and every drink tastes how it should. Staff is also very polite.
Great service but would be nice to see more smile at times! Clean, authentic and cozy place!
Slowest Caribou I've ever experienced. The staff was more concerned about gossiping than doing their job.
Can't do custom baggles in their sandwiches any more? Close shop, you shouldn't exist. Why be open?
There was a long line but the employees were fast and efficient and my blended Caramel High Rise was fantastic!
I just went to order a Medium cold black tea with no ice, and as I went to grab my order from the window my cup was literally 3/4ths of the way full with the tea. I picked it up and looked at the cashier/window assistant and asked her where the rest of my drink was. She told me since I ordered no ice, that that is what I was going to receive. I asked her why it was not filled to the top since that is what I paid for, and she told me “this is what you get when you order no ice because people try and take advantage when they order no ice.” Astounded and absolutely irritated, I requested a refund. If this is the policy and mentality of this corporation I will refuse to ever go here again. I’ve ordered coffee PLENTY of times without ice, because I work long shifts at the hospital and don’t always know when I will be able to enjoy/finish my drink. So I’d rather not have any ice to water down my product I pay $7 on average for. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated over a (half empty) cup of tea just because I refused ice. I will not be returning to this site. ????
This place is definitely hit or miss. Went to get breakfast sanwhich in drive thru today. The place was a dead zone and often times is. I ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel on everything bagel. Was told they no longer can customize sandwhiches. Has to be exactly as is on menu. What a joke!!! I understand that to an extent but to not be able to accommodate me with a different bagel option?? ? Absolutely ridiculous. That place is lookin real sad and I'm sure could use more business. Just lost mine.
This is what a $6 xl iced crafted press with light ice looks like. Normally, light ice at this location means normal ice. But today it was extra ice with less coffee. AND didn’t honor the free size upgrade perk I had. It’s one thing that they never do light ice, but when the coffee is only 2/3 full AND packed with ice it’s ridiculous. The staff member repeated the order back to me and I once again reiterated yes, but with LIGHT ICE. What a joke. At least I’ll save money by never coming here again.
I love Caribou and I never have issues with any Caribou I go to, but this one specifically, worst service ever; it is always a hit or miss. It almost seems like all the employees including the managers are just plain lazy. The only reason why I'm still going there is because it's in the neighborhood and right off of 94, but after so many terrible experiences and the last experience, I think that's it for them.Last time I was there, I ordered a Nitro Turtle Mocha and Asiago bagel, TOASTED with plain cream cheese. Drink came out BITTER and NO WHIP CREAM and bagel came out COLD. I called to speak with the manager to put in a complaint and told her that my drink was made incorrectly and the bagel was COLD. The manager had the audacity to argue with me that their Nitro Turtle Mocha NEVER come with whip cream unless it's their High Rise drink. Are you kidding me?! It clearly shows the whip on the picture in their app and states it. Why are you even a manager ???♀️ Not surprised that this location is not even a 4 star.
