They were closed at 7:20 with the open sign still on and that hurt my feelings

This was our drive from North Branch Coffee shop and was always amazing. However the last year 6 out of 6 times the coffee has been terrible along with not getting whatever we ordered correctly or at least we dont think it was what we ordered because it's been that bad taste wise and we've dumped them out. We haven't said anything because we keep thinking well the next time it will be different, unfortunately it hasn't been different. They must have switched ownership or something but whatever it is they better change it back or figure it out otherwise they'll end up losing customers.

I like the convenience of the drive thru, but I’ve been here a few times lately and they closed earlier than the posted hours and did not put a sign at the drive thru to let people know. I was one of several cars in line before people started to figure out they were closed. Even when they are open, they frequently mess up my order (milk chocolate vs. dark chocolate hot chocolate). Also, one time I ordered a dark chocolate kids coffeeless cooler and they tried to give me a vanilla. I said that I ordered chocolate and that one didn’t look like chocolate. The girl argued with me and said that all of the chocolate coolers look white. I said that I’ve ordered chocolate coolers a hundred times and they always look darker. She refused to remake it. With several other Caribous in the area, this location needs to step up their service before they lose all of their customers.
Staff was super and coffee better than the competitions!
A lot of people working, not very organized. Mainly answering drive up until the counter line was to the door.
