Tried to go through the drive thru on a Saturday morning. The line was only about 4 cars ahead of me. It took over 20 minutes in line to even get to the window and my drink still wasn't ready so just left without it because I was running late after being in line for so long. The worst part of the drive thru is once you are in line you can't get out. You are better off driving to the Valley Creek location
Can’t say anything bad about the coffee or food because I love caribou coffee but this location is by far the slowest service I have ever experienced!! Drive through lines should not take 30 mins to complete ever!!! (And the line wasn’t even long, it has been 5 mins per car so far… oh yea I am still in line now) It’s beyond annoying when you just need a quick coffee.
I Haven't been back to this location since living in Woodbury and I must say I'm very disappointed there are no more Einstein bro's bagels. iced turtle mocha was not made correctly either.
Very friendly!!! Unfortunately they close earlier on some days due to being short staffed but the staff that are there are amazing!! Keep up the great work!
It's nice that they are a coffee and bagel location, it gives people more options for lunch and breakfast. There's outdoor seating and a drive through. The staff was SUPER friendly! I love that Caribou always does the daily trivia!
Horrible visit via drive through. I had to repeat my order at least three times, and it was wrong. Bagels were sliced when I specifically requested them not to be cut. Quantities were wrong, and varieties were wrong.
Great drinks! My fave is the Mint Condition Mocha Cooler with milk chocolate. Yum!
2/11/22 Great customer service approach, very friendly staff but the food was inedible. The bagel order was messed up - that's kind of a hard one to do but it happened and the sandwich was a pre-made microwaved - the kind you'd expect from a grocery store freezer. The food was really bad, location was clean and staff were friendly. Cannot recommend.2/15/22 - Update, the above review is still accurate, however the company reached out to me and asked for clarifying information to improve the deficincies including offering to refund the cost of the items which is pretty stand up. I wanted to include the actions on the part of the company to correct and improve as those are valuable components of customer service and great business ethic.
Terrible customer service ordered 3 drinks but only got 2. The worker at the window did not repeat the order and just said the price right away which was $18 usually for 2 drinks it would be around $12. All the drinks were medium and we waited at the window for a few minutes but they did not come to check and did not say anything about the third drink, if the drink wasn’t ready we would’ve understood but we were ripped off.
very nice the workers were in a great mood and they made me feel welcome
