The service was excellent. Very attentive wait staff. For the most part, the food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but decent. However, the kids in our group ordered the fresh fruit cup with their meals, and they all received clearly not fresh strawberries. The best of the strawberries were mushy and past rheir prime, and several had mold actually growing on them. We asked for a replacement, but never received anything, and we were charged full price for the meal.Will not eat here again.
They were not busy at all - two tables, with customers, on the patio and two inside (including my wife and I). Waited a while for server to take our order and food came after a wait. We noticed a table full of staff visiting and laughing, while we were waiting for our food. Food was mediocre at best. Server never came back to check on us, nor were we ever offered refills. When we finished our meal, it took a long while for the server to bring us the bill. No question as to how our meal was, etc. It appears that employees are more interested in joking and laughing, amongst themselves and ignoring customers, rather than serving patrons who are paying high prices for mediocre food - which pays their wages. I will not return.
Acapulco does not only have great food, but the service is phenomenal. Especially server/bartender Marissa Carmona who always goes out of her way when we come in. As soon as she sees me she gets me exactly what I've came in for. She always goes above and beyond when I am there. Not to mention her drinks are out of this world. I believe Acapulco is an amazing restaurant because of servers like Marissa.
I had ground beef burritos. Of the 1000 times I've ordered and eaten a beef burrito, this was the first one I didn't like. Just gross. The waitress was pleasant but clueless. My wife's pork chimichanga appeared to be made from spam. I told the waitress of our disatisfaction. She said she was sorry.The kid's meal chicken strips and fries were pretty good.
Absolutely slowest service out of any location I’ve ever been to. And then when you ask questions, they disappear for ten min. And then they get snotty when you ask for a manager. Disrespectful and slow service. I could see if they were busy. But they’re not at all. Hopefully the manager calls me back. But I won’t hold my breath.
I really like my local Acapulcos been going here for years. Great clean location. Friendly staff and fast service. I love going here in the summer and sitting on the patio with a margarita ?!!! Good food and nice relaxing atmosphere. ?
Service started slow and then a flow was reached. First order was incorrect and quickly corrected. Queso was amazing and if you're a chorizo fan, must add! I love that spicy sausage.
Usually always have great service. I come here once in a while for lunch. I've gone to the stillwater location alot, but must say there isn't any difference when it comes to the food. The cheese sauce is the BEST. I've tried over 30 other places cheese, doesn't compare. I grew up by a cheese factory in Wisconsin. I know cheese, also being a cook for over 20 years.Great food. Seafood chimichanga is always my favorite. Nice people, I notice that this location is very friendly. I enjoy it alot. Thank you guys for the great service!!
It's a good place to eat, but for my taste bud's it wasn't for me. But the drinks are great ?. If you're taste bud's like real Mexican food that is the place to go
Took my 10 year old here for a weeknight meal out. We did homework, played tic-tac-toe, and had a great waitress and good food. They were a little understaffed, but our wait for our food wasn't too long (15 -20 mins after ordering). They do a lot of curbside pickup orders and are always busy with happy customers. Traditional Mexican and Tex-Americana food is available. Wonderful staff and family friendly.
