The Manger lady was very rude to her employees. If I were them I'd walk out on her something definitely should be done about her. You praise in public and you correct in private. All the other employees were amazing and doing a little of everything helping each other out. I came in at 12 45 to the st cloud location

I was at this location this evening and the guy Charles at the window was very polite and professional. He apologized for the order taking a while due to there only being two people working but honestly I didn’t notice any wait. They seemed to be working very efficient! Order#3206.Thanks Charles!

Will not make the mistake of coming to this Wendy’s for late-night food. The closing staff is very unprofessional and takes forever. The food is still the same but it’s a headache to get. Even though it one of the only late-night fast food places open i recommend to stay clear of this Wendy’s.

Wish I could do a negative star. I went through the drive thru yesterday (6/10) I ordered a taco salad and baconator fries with a number 9 combo. It took forever to get my order in as it seemed like the cashier was multitasking and that’s totally fine. I know. Times are tough tight now to get the help needed to be fully functional. When I got towards the front to pay, the total was $29. I did the math and it should have been more like $28 and some odd change. But anyway, it took a long time for us to get our food even at the window. I had to repeat my order multiple times before even getting to the window as well. Then when we got our food, the burger was warm but the fires were ice cold, the taco salad was missing chips and the meat and salsa. Pretty much missing everything on it. Then my baconator fries weren’t even done correctly either, they had very little cheese and charred bacon bits on top… o called the restaurant back wanting to work with them at least ti get a hot order, whoever picked up the manager or whoever didn’t want to hear a word and started saying that she was being disrespected when I was just trying to work with her as I know how mistakes can happen. She wouldn’t give me a refund either, kept talking about how the food got cold was because of how they placed it in the bag.. so they admitted that it was their fault? I also love just down the street from the place, and asked her how would the fried get that cold in that short 3 min drive? So now since she didn’t want to even try to work with me, I’m posting here. Don’t eat here, they need better management for sure.pics of my nasty cold food below and what the actual amount should have come to.

I usually can count on dot food and correct orders. Tonight i got cold food and wrong order. Beware of stores hiring. When i tried to call to let them know of the issues phone was ignored.

This is becoming a stain on the community.Edit, part 2 (went back for some reason) Why did I even go back: is there really no one else to run that window? Seriously, nobody? What a joke. Imagine paying to get treated that way. Everyone who eats here has lost their mind thinking this is service worth paying for.Tell me why the young woman working the window was trying to prove to me how rude she could be, despite me being very polite the whole time. Even after she made several mistakes and made obvious she was going to take it out on me.

Horrible! There was 2 cars in front of me and we all waited about 10 mins each. By the time I got my food and got home (2 minutes away) my burger was as cold as my iced tea no joke, the cheese wasnt even a little melted, and so were my fries. Will never go back to this location and I suggest you don't waste your money either.

Excellent breakfast deals! My boyfriend and I tried Wendy's breakfast recently and we figured it would be like McDonald's, small, quickly thrown together breakfast sandwiches. But it was so much better than McDonald's! The breakfast biscuits were soft and fresh and there was so much more egg and sausage! We couldn't believe we only paid a dollar per sandwich with their morning deal! My boyfriend also tried a bigger breakfast sandwich at the regular price and he kept saying look how big this is! The staff was very friendly! We saved this location to our favorite places in St. Cloud and we will be back!

My wife and I were there last night and I can 100% say, that was the worst Wendy's experience ever. The staff definitely seemed to not want to serve customers. We pulled up to the drive through speaker and get told that we have to go to the window for them to take my order. They then proceeded to talk amongst themselves and not open the window to even greet us for about 3 minutes. This was at 8:30ish at night, there were zero customers in drive through and 1 in the lobby, so they could not be too busy to help us. We saw people with long hair, just free, no pony tail and they were touching it, then customers food. Another woman that seemed to have manager vibes, had gloves on, then carried her keys and other things in her hand, set then down on the counter next to the drinks, and then proceeded to fill cups with ice, by shoving that same gloved hand into the ice maker with the cups, she didn't even use the scooper. It also took nearly 10 minutes to get our food. Not only will I never go back to that Wendy's but if that is how they run their stores, I genuinely worry about food safety at all of them. Avoid this location at all costs if you value you health.

I would give the food an overall 4/5 stars, but today I’m not sure what the managers name is she was super unprofessional and rude, the lovely lady who took my order was super sweet and had amazing customer service, I pay and through the window I hear the manager screaming( literally yelling) at her for giving me a sour cream with my chili, then she gives me my card back and a couple minutes later the manager rips open the drive thru window and yells at me saying “YOUR TOTAL IS $10.15” I told her I already paid and she got super short didn’t say anything back and shoved the food at me and said “there you go”. Moral of the story she needs to get a talking to ! Super rude towards her colleagues and talk to them as if they are stupid.
