This is our go to for Mexican and Argentinian food. It’s absolutely fantastic food with huge portions at reasonable prices. The restaurant is always clean and the owner and staff are genuine and friendly people. Everyone please try this place!!
I had the best dining experience probably of all time here! Me and my mom ordered some empanadas to take home. When our empanadas were ready and we were about to leave, we asked “ how do you suggest we eat empanadas”. Florencia the owner SAT DOWN and cut one from the kitchen in half and ate with us, she demonstrated how it is eaten in the culture and shared the meal with us! We quickly felt as though we had known her forever, as she shared stories about how this restaurant came about. FLORENCIA is a kind soul and truly passionate about her business. The empanadas are her specialty and you can see why. Roasted meat for hours and hours, topped with her homemade chimichurri was phenomenal. I can’t explain it well enough, go try it for yourself. We came as strangers but I feel like we left as friends.
I went in and bought two tacos and it was 12 dollars then the corn tortillas were soggy like they were wet Idk why they would be wet like really really wet and they didn’t even give me freshly cooked food They took a bag and pulled old meat out and then I requested my money back and she said no no no I’m sorry and made some more tacos only this time she pulled fresh meat out that was there the whole time and then the tacos weren’t soggy why? Idk. I’m not going to say what I really think but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to any of my friends they would talk about me. Those other reviews are phony and they aren’t good at all I know real Hispanic/ Latino food authentic at that and on a scale 1-10 I give this place a ZERO! ? ?
I love this place! I have fajitaburrito at least a couple times a week. The owner and staff I consider my friends and they treat me that way. I feel bad for the people that eat at the place across the street......... They don't know what they are missing
Huge portions of great food. Make sure you get the hot salsa. Not "see through time" hot but pleasantly warm with a nice smokey finish.
The owner is super friendly. I've never been a fan of empanadas but hers are fantastic! The menu is a little overwhelming but you can't go wrong with any of the argentinian foods on the menu. Highly recommend The Patagonia restaurant!
The exceptional and friendly customer service literally made me wanna order every item on the menu!! Food was great and we ordered alot for a family Mexican feast and everybody loved it!! Definitely recommend.
Lovely customer service! Clean restaurant! Wonderful food! Food made to order. We had a LARGE order and they got everything right. They cook all of the food right in front of you. I will NEVER go back to the old Gilberto’s on division. This one is way better! The owner personally called us back and left a message on our phone when we called to see if they had queso in the store. She was so kind and warm.
Great staff! Val took the time to explain the different menu options to me.
This place is absolutely incredible! The food alone keeps us coming back but the customer service puts it at the top of our list. They call when the food is ready for pick up, online ordering is super easy and user friendly, and they are very generous with sauces and portions. I have seen staff on multiple occasions take orders from elderly patrons at their table rather than have them walk to the register. Really heartwarming to see. They are constantly improving and evolving as a food business and we love to support them. Our favorites are the gringa taco, humita empanada, carne asada tacos, fresh juices and the pork chili verde! Ask for chimichurri too, it's delicious!
