Welcome to the Ghetto. I just ordered here 5 minutes ago. The black employee guy with orange brades was very rude. Like he hates his life. Just threw a random amount of meat on . Literally threw it on. I get it, you are old and probably dropped out of high school and working a high schoolers job, but don’t need to make everyone else miserable. Also the place was trashed. There was one girl working that was nice. I feel bad for her working with that guy.Last time going here.

Ordered a wrap and struggled to eat it because it was wet and dripping everywhere. Also was barely wrapped up and only half cut through. Still tasted good.

If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are inept, ignorant on their job, inattentive, and care more about hitting on customers and flirting with customers then finishing the sub sandwich in front of them. They butchered our order, we asked them to remake it, they attempted to use dirty utensils in front of us. Watching them cut our sandwiches with dirty utensils we refused the sandwiches and they had the audacity to get belligerent with us. They didn’t have a name tag so we asked for their names to talk to their managers or Subway corporate and they refused to give them to us. They refused to give us the name and or phone number of a manager. It was all a poor experience and we left without our sandwiches. Don’t go back to the subway. The subway on West division in Saint cloud is a terrible black spot on the subway franchise and a complete embarrassment on how you treat customers and how you respect your job and follow protocol.

Made a sandwich to go. The sandwich artist did a good job. She was concentrating on my food so she didn't talk much. I was ok with that. The sub was more expensive than I thought it would be.

Subs were good but one of the workers was very rude and had terrible customer service. The other girl ringing us up was chewing food in her mouth while wrapping our sandwiches and took forever. Need better workers

Our subs were burnt, kid was on his phone with headphones in. We Ordered online and didn't open subs til we got home, wasn't worth going back.

We just went inside there and it was no one up front, we waited in there for around 10 mins calling out for help and no one never came out to help us. Very unprofessional. My husband went to the bathroom also and called out for help, no answer. Someone could have easily came in and robbed the place.. so we just took our business to the subway by the truck stop off of Roosevelt Rd and 94.

Terrible I mean the worst customer service didn’t think it was so hard to make a sand witch

Did a good job.

It was too dirty in there for me. I decided to leave instead of order food.
