The Staff Are So Efficient, Professional and Nice- there is even a couple staff members that know my Drink by Heart. They Are Amazing!
The drive thru is not a good setup, not sure if this was put into an already existing building or not. Was a bit slow for the time of day.
I would leave a zero star if I could. I would also not like to slander or name certain employees at this moment and would rather speak to management about my issues with this store. Please get reach out so I can speak.
I came and ordered 2 drinks totallying almost 15$. They screwed up I was nice about it tried to flag them down no one saw me. I apologized thinking I said something wrong. (I didnt)I didnt take or even touch the drink that was messed up and the girls proceeded to talk bad and point at me even though they never read my order back to me never asked. I didnt get a recite. Scanned my phone to pay and when I finally got my drink she tried charging me again saying I didnt pay. The drink that was remade was also wrong I ordered extra shots never got it but I did pay for it so scammed there. I watched her make it she put white mocha in but she also added somthing else. My iced white mocha tasted like a classic iced latte. Not sure what else she put in but it was completely wrong im guessing she did out of spite because I asked for the drink I had ordered and didnt get.
So good! Only downside is that I’m going to have to take out a 4th or 5th mortgage to keep drinking the stuff. Come on with the prices guys. For real!!!!
Awful service. We got there in the drive thru and they wouldn’t say anything so we whistled for them and said hello.. after a min or so they answered (keep in mind no customers were inside or in front of us). We both got hot teas which should be easy enough but they had a hard time figuring out we wanted ones without caffeine. Then only had one tea bag in our vente teas.. should be two .. I used to work there. So we had mild flavored water for the way home. Thanks guys… it’s been a rough day as it is ..?

The coffee is always good, staff is friendly and efficient. Nice little hangout for coffee dates.
This location is open inconsistent hours. They can't even keep the hours posted on temporary paper on the door. I have stopped multiple times/days 7am 8:30am the place was closed even though posted hours say open.
This Starbucks is drive thru only and you can't order on foot. You have to be in a car. Dumb.
