This place really need new employee’s that value customers they massed up my order every time I stop by I order venti drink and see the pics for what I get

I won't go anywhere else in St Cloud, even though there's like 3 other Starbucks. These guys are always very friendly, very professional and make my complicated drink perfect! Oh and my big dog loves their pup cups! Lol
Mess up my order and didn’t post the sticker on the side plus my drinks were cold but the ice melt so I believe they made for someone else and give me a hour later
3:45 pm 3/19/22. I order a small decaf coffee and 1 biscotti. $5.00. I was NOT told they stop brewing decaf at 11:00. I wait and wait while 15 FANCY drinks are made. Finally go back to the register and THEN she tells me about the brew time and it will be just one more second. I said no. Here's your biscotti this is ridiculous! Don't go here if you want decaf in the afternoon. I know I Never will. They kept my $5 and made an angry customer.
Ordered a extra hot chai and it tasted like hot,milk fluff...no flavor at all for $5.11.Total ripoff!
We used to love going here every morning but today we left the drive through 5 am in shock and amazement, apparently a tall here is actully a small drink, to which the lady told us very rudely, insted of just explaining the sizes she started of with "Hey guess what, this is starbucks, a tall is a small" as she leaned out the window treating us like the scum of the earth. We have been torn between Starbucks and scooters as of late. Alot cheaper, shorter lines, great coffee and better customer service. Next time we are going to Scooters...
This is my favorite location.. they all are always nice and fast. The employees are super friendly and they always make the pink drink super good!! Long drive thru lines but it's worth the wait lol they must follow the drink recipes step by step line by line lol
