Ordered sbarro for the first time for pick up yesterday, went to go pick it up and it was the complete wrong order, so I called back and they said to come back to pick up our order, and when we got home AGAIN, there was still items missing. We definitely won’t be back and would not recommend. Food was bland, order was messed up TWICE & employees didn’t seem to care.
Only giving this place 1 star because it won't let me give it -1 stars. Ordered a pizza on 2/28/22 and went to pick it up. When I arrived, Monty told me that there was no pizza for me. After I already paid for it and he confirmed my order. He is a rude kid. You need to let this boy go as he is NOT an asset to your company nor is he living up to your company standards. I will never in my life go back to this location. I will tell everyone I know, including the Google people to never come to your establishment. You need to retrain your employees on how to act to paying customers and interact with people. This place is totally lacking the interaction part. Can't say how the food was due to us never receiving any, but I probably know how it would taste if Monty made it. Also, Monty wasn't wearing a hair net nor cap, which is not up to standards with the Department of Health. I think I'm going to call them in the morning and let them know as well.
These people are predujuced and ignorant to people of color I asked for a pizza with extra cheese and got this dry axx pie if they’re going to represent NYC get it right with the cheese I’m here visiting from NYC and this is not worth the 18$ I spent definitely disputing my transaction
You should be ashamed of running an establishment with RUDE workers. They are snippy , snide & have really bad attitudes. It seems like social hour instead of a place to get food. You need to hire all new staff. Wow wow wow. Will never eat here ever again. Your workers need an attitude check. You pay them way too much for the rude remarks and HORRIBLE customer service they give. Shame on you guys for continuing to employee such awful people. Notated on never going there again.
Food is bad. Cold pizza, brown lettuce, crabby employees. Don't go here. This place is simply gross! Ish. Very sad. They should close.
Im a current worker here for 5 years and ongoing and yes we had past rude coworkers here in the past. They're gone. Everyone has a bad day, but we try our best to everyone's needs and help what they would like to eat.
Standard food court fare offering up a thick slice of pizza with a limited amount of pepperoni and sausage. The crust is a little heavy for me with standard sauce, toppings buried under a layer of cheese. Make it a combo and one of the choices is two large breadsticks and a drink.
