Yesterday was a sad day. We went to my favorite restaurant where all of my favorite comfort food and drinks are all in one place. Let's start with the Cheddar Bay Biscuits - all of the butter and yummy garlic- gone! They were plain. Normally the basket is empty by the time the drinks come, I couldn't even choke down one.Then I always look forward to the strawberry lemonade. Before it came in a tall glass with real strawberries, it was incredible, now it is just okay.Then you can see the difference in the other $9.49 drink where are the berries? Maybe add the berries and reduce the amount of ice.All meals used to come with Cesar or Garden salad- nope not anymore.The really sad part was this was always my absolute favorite treat place that I always looked forward to. Now I don't have any reason to pay $120 for food and drinks that no longer taste good.Whoever changed the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, I really hope you know you will lose a lot of business. I don't care that I got to take a bag of them home with me. My dog didn't even like them.The wait staff was the best part of the meal, very friendly as always!
It was great food, great company. Wasn't sure what to order our waitress Bailey gave us a few ideas. Tried the salmon would definitely recommend getting it. My daughter also enjoyed her food she had the Trio shrimp with pasta.Bailey did an amazing job.
Tonight was excellent. Our experience started with the introduction of our waitress named Bailey. She appeared energetic, friendly and ready to provide us with top level service. Her first impression was spot on! She took our drink order and from that moment on we NEVER had to ask for another drink. It was like our glasses would be magically refilled. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits would also just appear like she was reading our minds. Our orders came out perfect and the taste, flavor and amounts were perfect. Once we were just about ready to stop Ms Bailey took the time to stop buy our table and personally thank us for coming in tonight instead of just taking the dirty dishes like most waiters and waitresses do in today's world. Ms Bailey took those few extra moments to check on OUR Experience. Great job Ms Bailey ?. Before we left we made a point to let the manager know how well Ms Bailey did, because whether she is like this every night or if she was like this tonight she earned it. One more thing about Ms Bailey, as we enjoyed our meal, we saw her performing the same top level service to EVERYONE she came into contact with! Thank you Ms Bailey
It was a little busy but no wait, waiter didn't know the menu very well and wasn't helpful but was polite and easy to order from with a pleasant attitude. My Scampi and skewered shrimp was very good but my lobster tail was too salty. Time to get food from time to place order was much longer than should have been, drinks were empty by the time food arrived but not filled until plate was 3/4 done. Stuffed mushrooms at appetizer was delicious, complimentary biscuits were perfect. Didn't get a desert.
This was a fantastic restaurant! It was very busy but we only had to wait 10 minutes. Hostesses were very friendly. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. He checked back frequently to see if we needed anything.. He could answer any questions we had regarding the craft beers and he patiently allowed us to try several before we ordered. The Bloody Mary's were "to die for" and the food was excellent ! We will definitely come back!
Our food was absolutely fantastic. It was one of those situations where your full but keep eating because it tastes so good. The bacon wrapped scallops literally melted in my mouth. Our server was super nice, too. I highly recommend this location.
The staff were friendly, the food was delicious. It was a wait on a table and we didn't think to make reservations so it was our fault and only 20 min. Which is excellent for Valentine's day. They text u when your table is ready and they have a bar available it was the best Valentine's day ever for us!
Me and my husband went on 02/26/2022 to have a nice dinner after a long week of work. Yes about 7 pm at night kinda packed 30 minute wait no problem? But once we were at our table we were greeted asked about drinks and were given biscuits the usual. Things change for us as customers when we placed our orders and other customers came after us and placed their orders after us also, basically we’re a black couple that came to this establishment to enjoy our meal to spend good money that we worked for also? We were treated as though by our waiter as if we wasn’t and I filled a complaint that night with the manager and I will be with Red Lobster themselves. We didn’t get our salad in a timely manner as the other customers did? And when as for them the waiter acted as though he didn’t remember? Had the server still bring our entrees before our salad? Then when we spoke on our food being wrong? He goes to the kitchen and I guess? And just request for the food that was wrong? And slide it on the table? And we’re like? What? I had crab legs so I got to wait 10 minutes for the utensils and lemons? To eat my food with? This was just ridiculous and unacceptable? We really felt unwanted and didn’t want the food anymore
Great food and service! Only a half hour wait, but worth it
