Overcharged. Cashier wrang up incorrect menu item. Brought it to their attention after eating. Refused to refund the correct amount.
Ever since Qdoba moved back to town their quality has improved a lot! Much bigger portions, better flavors, and they are more affordable thanks to the coupons they offer on the receipts from Cash Wise. Please keep it up new owners?
Delicious and clean, staff gave us samples to decide what meat we wanted. The Saracha Chicken was the winner.
Last two times we've tried to order, they've closed hours early. The first time I ordered online, they accepted it and then refunded me after I had arrived to pick it up, saying they just closed. At the point where it's not worth trying anymore if they're not available ever, or bothering to update open hours online.
Been here a handful of times and have never left hungry or dissatisfied. Food is great and the staff was very nice and fast
Best place for a burrito, but worse then chipotle when it comes to fillings. Such tiny portions you’re having to constantly ask for more or your going to end up with a mini kid burrito
Got a chicken burrito, the chicken was scorched, the ripped my tortilla, added a bother one which made it taste gross
I have always been more of a fan of Qdoba over Chipotle, but after this experience at Qdoba, Chipotle will now always be my go-to. It looked like this location was training in new staff members, which is fine, everyone has a starting point and has to learn, but the first thing that I noticed was that the trainees were touching the food with gloves on, but then they were touching their face and their hair and then continuing to touch the food. That grossed me out and I almost walked out right then and there. I decided to ask the trainee who was going to be making my burrito to change her gloves and she went ahead and changed her gloves and let me know that she was also going to wash her hands.I haven't had Qdoba in quite some time, so I was excited to get a burrito, but the food overall tasted off. I'm not sure what exactly it was but I could only take about four bites of my burrito and then I had to stop. The chips and queso were good. Chipotle was across the street, and I almost went over there and got myself a new burrito. The staff was nice. The trainees still have training to do, especially when it comes to the sanitary part of things, and the food just needed to taste better. The rice, queso, chicken, and even the lemonade from the machine all tasted off. The queso that I had for my chips tasted better than the queso that was on my burrito. They might have been from two different batches because the queso for my chips was pulled out of a different area whereas the queso for my burrito was in a bucket on the line.Safe to say, I have no intention of returning to this Qdoba or maybe any Qdoba for that matter.
Love the food. My only issue is the staff should be properly trained to roll a burrito
Very good The rice was a little cold though And it also take a long time to get to our table
