Horrible drive thru experience. Love the food but the staff in drive thru is super slow and waited almost 20 min and there was only 1 car in front of me who also waited the same amount of time. It wasn’t rush hour!
This BBQ chicken sandwich was so good. I came with my grandma for a quick bite to eat. It wasn't super loud. The associates were friendly and helpful. Place was clean and atmosphere was nice.
I've always loved Panera over the years, having fresh and delicious soups and salads but the last few times I've been, the chicken on the salads is less than quality. I'm not sure what they've changed with the chicken but it's not good. Missing the quality of the salads that once were! Service and cleanliness always great
They missed an item on our order. When we went back, they not only gave us the missing item but also a free cookie. I would recommend going earlier than 4:30 on a Friday. Their food is always excellent.
My experience at this restaurant was meh. When I first arrived the cashier seemed irritated about her job. Upon that I ordered and waited about 15 minutes. The man that gave me my food was polite but when I opened my bad upon leaving they gave the the wrong order which was super disappointing. You’re suppose to feel comfortable when you visit establishments not displaced.
I had always ordered Panera through the drive through. I went inside and WOW, the smell entices you. The atmosphere is very inviting and the beverage choices are incredible.
Simple Cafe and bakery. This makes for a great place to meet with friends and family. Newly remodeled and high quality coffee, soup, bread, salads and service. I would recommend it to anyone.
Panera is a great place for world-class bakery delights. The luncheon selections are superb. Great coffee and wonderful tea. See you there!
I really like the food here. I would love if they would actually put the whole order in the bag, I’ve gotten an incomplete order at least three times both delivery and pick up. Mistakes happen but it shouldn’t be this much of a pattern.
Would recommend skipping this restaurant today. Ordered through the drive thru and my lettuce for my salad was wilted, I only received less than a teaspoon of salad dressing and they didn't give me the dessert I ordered. When I called, they said they could snail mail me a voucher for a free "pick 2" which I never order. I doubt it will ever arrive.
