Food is good, the use of DoorDash for delivering is HORRENDOUS as I live less than 2 miles away and my order got delivered COLD. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY, DO CURBSIDE PICKUP!!!!Don't know if it was due to the time that had passed but my food was very bland as well. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD at a Noodles & Co
Two orders of Japanese Pan Noodles with shrimp. Both orders were very dry, and they got carried away with the carrots and cilantro. Not impressed. I order this often and it’s normally pretty consistent. Hopefully this was a fluke…

Probably the worst noodles and salad we ever had. Noodles were cold. My ceaser salad was old lettuce had brown and mushy old lettuce in it. For the low quality it was spendy.
Our order was taken promptly and you and efficiently. Tperiod the person up front really knew their stuff and did their job very well. Unfortunately the masks made it very difficult to hear sometimes but she was very patient. Our food was completed in a reasonable amount of time and was very good. I felt bad for the workers because they were working really hard and were obviously short staffed. They produced great food in a reasonable time however the I'm however the dining room area was meeting of of maintenance.. The garbage was heaped up really high and some tables were fairly soiled. This is not a reflection of the team working however In my opinion. With a shortage of labor comes greater responsibility on the owner(s) to make sure the tenets of quality are Reflected throughout their business.
My friend applied for a job at this establishment and when asked about her ethnicity and religion, she said she was Jewish. She was then denied without reason besides of her religion. We live in a very diverse country, and the fact that this type of discrimination still exists especially to a college student who did nothing wrong, is disgraceful.
Slow. Loud. You have to repeat yourself 35 times. Can’t hear the worker because it’s so loud and they are wearing a mask. Paid the extra $3.50 to add pork to my pad Thai and got 4 pieces about the size of a quarter. Rip off.
This location seems to be going down hill. The last 3 times I’ve came here the food is a minimum of 20 minutes past my pick up time and each of those times I was missing items I ordered. The most recent trip they burned the Noodles. My family enjoys the food normally so I’ve given them multiple opportunities. I think I’m finally done with the location near Crossroads mall.
