This has been a favorite place to dine at for years! Love all the fresh veggies and the service is superb!
Always an amazing experience here! The nice thing about this place is if you don't like your meal then it's on you! You create it! That being said, they have a wonderful assortment of ingredients and sauces so everyone is bound to find a combination that they will love! I personally get the spiral noodles, broccoli, chicken, and pepperoni, and sometimes the sliced sausage, then ask for alfredo and cheese sauce at the grill. So delicious!!
With so many options to add into the bowl, you would think you'd want a bigger one to start with. It was not the case for our party as we mounded the goodies sky high, and handed the bowls over to the skilled cooks. They didn't look at us sideways about how full our bowls were either because they know it cooks down into a smaller sized, albeit rather large serving. The food was fresh and the service was great! We need one of these in Alec?
So I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I have a very picky eater of a husband, like his food cannot touch each other and there's only certain things he'll eat. But he was gone for the day and my son and I decided to go here for lunch. When our waitress came over, she introduced herself and asked if this was our first time. She also politely ssked if we wanted her to take us and show us around. She began to tell us what to do. She told us about recipe cards that we can follow or make up our own dish. When we went through the line, it seemed kinda overwhelming, but we got the hang of it very quick. Now my son is a vegetable eating kid. The excitement that came over him when she said, "PILE IT ON!!!!" was priceless. After piling everything on our bowl, we took it to the grill. Again, watching his face while they grilled it was awesome. When it was done, we sat back down to eat and in the first bite, with a mouth full of food, he exclaims that it is the best place EVER and thanked me for taking him there. The food was cooked to perfection. It's kinda pricey, but we will definitely be back. As the day went on, my son kept thanking me and asking to go back again soon. So thank you for a wonderful time and making me the "awesomest" mom ever that day. Which those words are hard to come by sometimes cause he's 15. Wish I would of remembered our waitresses name... she made the experience fun.
First off this all doesn't pertain to the food. The food is wonderful as always. For my lunch today I arrived and had a slight wait, which I expected. When I was sat down I had to wait 8 minutes for my waitress to take my drink order, and after that I had to wait an additional 27 minutes before I could go up and put together my food.Even when the main restrictions were in affect I never had to wait that long to do my food. There were 2 times where no one was at the 1st section. One for 9 minutes and the 2nd was for 7 minutes. That wait to be able to go up and make the food is ridiculous. If I want to do that wait I would have gone to someplace else where I would have had my food in less time.I would have asked for a manager but he was busy helping behind the grill.
Great take on the typical Mongolian Grill theme. Instead of feeling frustrated with the price of an unlimited buffet and only being able to eat one bowl, they offer a single bowl price and add $3 if you get refills. So people like me can still eat with their partners who will make multiple trips. Today we both only made one trip, so the $3 fee didn't even come into play. I liked that they add it at the end in case your eyes were bigger than your stomach. They have an interestingly wide range of ingredients and recipe cards for making flavor combinations.Their meats are lean and trimmed well. The sauces are clearly labeled with names and spice levels. They even have some dry spices at the grill that you can add to your bowl to maximize flavors. The grilling is done very well and your food is finished quickly. I was very pleased with the quality, price and service.Very impressive!
These guys have a really good business model. I love the way you can just get one bowl and pay ten bucks, or pay three bucks more and get as many bowls as you want. And you don't have to decide right away, so if you eat one bowl and you're full, you pay 10 bucks. That's a pretty genius business model, at least from the customer's end. The food tastes great, and the chefs generally seem to know what they're doing. A lot of Mongolian places leave you with a lot of sauce at the bottom of your bowl, but these guys seem to really know how to cook the sauce into the food. Will definitely be a place I visit again when I'm in this neck of the woods.

LOVE their food, it's fun being able to choose exactly what you want and watch it be cooked in front of you! The cooks and servers are usually fast and friendly, and there's typically not a wait when I go (although I try to go on off times when I can for that very reason).
OMG. We loved going here. It was my daughters 17th birthday and they sang to her which was cute and special. My girls are vegan so they even offered to clean the grill and all. Waitress was cute and welcoming and explained everything to us and made a few suggestions. The food was fresh and yummy. The sauce flavorful. Super clean inside. We all had made something different and all enjoyed it. Vegan friendly.
