Absolutely the best service I've ever had at McDonald's! I loved this place today!!! great customer service, fast on point, fresh food, no complaints two thumbs up for sure five stars!!!
Way too messy to eat the fish sandwich when the sauce is on top of the bun.
Recently the quality and speed of the drive through have increased. I think they hired a new manager that is doing an amazing job, I think her name is Lucy.
I come here as a delivery driver to pick up orders, not as a customer. There has been some really good days coming in, to pick up orders... but also very very BAD events. I've had several experiences where I'm expected to pick up the order that should be ready before I arrive. I usually let 5-10 wait minutes slide, with previous fast food experience I can understand how it goes. But to sit at the front counter and wait for 25-45 minutes without any interactions as to helping me, or asking me what order I'm waiting for.. awful. Countless times I've waited, had all the patience. Politely asked the ETA for the order I'm picking up for another customer through a 3rd party delivery app... and I get "oh just a moment.." or "we are bagging it up right now" and they'll put out other deliveries before me when nobody else is in the store but me. I feel like it's done purposely. To make eyecontact aggressively and to walk away and not come back to help... alright. I haven't been to this McDonald's to take orders since. NOT delivery driver friendly.
Says they're open until 12, showed up at 10:30 all lights were off and staff was still inside. Didn't answer the speaker phone when I pulled up. Not really sure what the deal was but there weren't any notifications anywhere to tell me they were even supposed to be closed that early. Nice
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered extra onions on my burger and there’s little to no onion at all, asked for 3 extra sides of Oreo for my Mc flurry and got none, lady at the drive through was as unhappy as possible, surprised she didn’t throw my change at me. -100/10.
My son works there. If he didn't then i'd give em 10 ⭐'s! Jk. He's an awesome kid, great worker, Always, ALWAYS washes his hands!!
There's a different McDonald's closer to where I live, but I'd rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to this one because the employees are so nice and my food is always fresh! Best McDonald's in Minnesota in my opinion.
Well considering the size of a fillet of fish, you certainly only get half of what you received say 5-10 yrs ago and the cheese is a half of a slice. The fish is smaller on the bun. More and more companies have been doing this. It's the maketing for the day raise the price, but you get less. Like bacon,12 oz. Instead of 16.(16 oz equals a pound)
Service is normal, but it's so slow many of the times we've gone. I feel bad that they don't have more staff. My recommendation would be to go when it's not packed. Other than that, our experiences are usually very good.
