Great food fast friendly service. Workers were attentive to the dining room and it was clean. Everything you expect from Jimmy Johns!
I was getting my nails done a few doors down and needed to grab a quick dinner for my family and I. I hadn't been to a Jimmy Johns before. What a treat!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me and asked if I knew what I wanted or if I needed a minute to pick something out. I told them I hadn't been there before so they asked what things I liked. Turns out I'm a #17 kind a' girl. They were a really fun bunch of people. I could tell they like what they do and were knowledgeable in their product to steer me in the right direction. They got my sandwiches done quickly. When I got home my kiddo and I were REALLY happy with the choice I made for us. The bread.... LEMME TELL YA!!!!Anyhow, I don't normally do reviews but this group of employees made my night. If I weren't happily employed, I'd throw my resume' at um. Thanks for a great interaction guys! I'll be back!
Charged me for an order, I showed up an hour before supposed closing times to find locked up building. Total scam and I will be filing a complaint to the proper authorities.
I love Jimmy johns sandwiches and the very fee times I have found this location actually open the food has been good. I have tried to go thru the drive thru many times anywhere between 6pm and 7:30pm to find this location closed. Last weekend I had to go to Walmart and when I was done it was early enough where I thought I would be ok.there were also cars parked in front so I procede to go thru the drive thru to order only to get up there and see a sign saying sorry they were closed early. About ready to give up on this location.
Excelent attention to detail and quick to greet when I came in the door. Was very patient when I needed to call someone to verify an order, and even helped me find the cheapest option to what I was looking for. Friendly staff and everyone was working together. Looked like a good team.
Amazing!!! My order arrived within 10 minutes of me placing an order online. I couldn't believe how quickly it was delivered, especially as it was raining outside as well. Thank you!!!
Terrible service. Sat there for 5 min in drive through waiting for someone to ask to take my order....when they finally did they were out of bread.
Love Jimmy Johns! Both locations in St.Cloud are the bee's mf knees, but I stg if you guys ever run out of capicola for two weeks again I'm gonna lose it. Do you know how hard it is to find a good Italian-style sub in the midwest?? Forget about it!
Our order has been messed up every time we went to this location. My husband got a sub today and they forgot everything but bread and lettuce... not impressed.
Ordered delivery on Sunday at 6PM. Called after 40 minutes since it hadn’t shown up, no answer. Drove to the store, hand written note saying they’re closed at 3 PM. No phone call back, no delivery next day, no refund. Thanks for taking my $40 and reminding me why I don’t eat here.
