I ordered one single sandwich on a Wednesday night, clearly when its not busy. I have been waiting for an HOUR for one sandwich. Do not even order for delivery because it will take forever to come...
One of the only food places open late into the night. Went in and ordered 2 Giant sandwiches and got 2 free sides that night (My guest and I chose pickles). Sandwiches were made extremely quick, when leaving though I was confused as to why there were only 3 sandwiches and not 4. Went back inside and politely inquired about the missing sandwich, turns out they made a regular instead of a giant for one of them. The correction was made, and even though I offered to pay the difference, they gave us the sandwich gratis. Everyone was super friendly, with A+ customer service.
If you do want a sandwich, go to the store, dont ask for delivery. I recently ordered on the app, and after an hour with no update I called the store and waited on hold for another 12 minutes, just to be told my sandwich would be ready in 3 hours. Freaky fast. I understand being busy or understaffed, but they need to stop taking orders when they are that far out. Nobody is waiting 3 hours for a sandwich. I called the next day and was told they don't deliver to my location, even though I've gotten delivery here a couple times in the past few weeks. I asked if I ordered something if it would be ready in the next hour and they said "probably not."
The people were very professional and very courteous. Pleasant atmosphere would definitely eat here again if I am ever back in st cloud. Thank you for your service.

Literally stopped ordering... The past couple sandwiches left much to be desired and they have completely abandoned their 'freaky fast' delivery. 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Could've ordered way better food for that kind of wait. Don't waste your money. Go to Jersey Mike's

We were coming back from a large wedding and stopped in. Very busy. We had 8 people with us. They were perfectly staffed. When I ordered my sandwich it was pretty much done by the time I was paying for it ? Definitely freaky fast and no corners were cut. We stayed for 3 days and had ate here 2 times a day for 3 days ?
